That was, as usual lately, boring! I can say though, although it doesn't seem widely publicized, I'm so pleased with the ban on DDT. Though, one wonders if it would be acceptable for use in urban areas or in products like OFF. (or is that something else?) I think the major concern is the wheat crops. If only we could just go ALL organic, even if it's sourced from organic chemistry, maybe that

I got a nice bottle of cayenne hot sauce, generic brand from Stop N' Shop that didn't have any preservatives except maybe some xantham gum. I am so impressed!

Yeah! I think a Jamaican wrap definitely sounds in order! Ooh, an Alissa Cohen mock pate collard wrap with jerk seasoning. That sounds great. Thanks for all the inspiration.

You know, that's one thing I like about the dressing I made. It doesn't require any salt or pepper or anything. Oh, and I guess I just prefer white vinegar. It'd probably be okay with some different flavored vinegar. It's weird, like some people really enjoy balsamic vinegar and stuff, but I don't care for it generally. Maybe we all have different tastebuds. Of course you can substitute. Maybe I'

I dunno.. I think a nice washcloth wipe would be better, oh, but I suppose I'd want something to wash my hair with too. How in the world do they do that? Do you think you can explain? I can't even begin to imagine how. I guess rainwater in a bucket might suffice for the ole hairdo. How hot does it get? If it does work, wow, you figure that'd be money in the bank, cuz you'd probably need someone t

What a cute kitty. Thanks for the tutorial! I was wondering about those. Maybe the leftover coconut would make a good compost after.

Have you discovered avocados Tryru? They are delicious plain. I cut them in half and eat them with a spoon. I find I feel greatest when I eat them while theyre still firm, but generally like them a bit softer. I like the Hass the best, but the Florida ones are good with a bit of salt. It's my favorite breakfast right now.

I'm not against vitamins personally. I especially like Solaray products. There's lots of good brands. They say (which means I forget where I read it/heard it.) that if you rely on vitamins regularly, then your body gets lazy and eventually can't extract the vitamins from your food. But if you really have no better option, which happens sometimes (to me at least) it's better than no vitamins. I do

My kids liked Bobbi Clinger's corn chips and raw apple pie. ( I forget where that recipe came from.) They also enjoyed the white peach leather I made with a little added agave syrup.

I still haven't looked it up. I refuse! (80/10/10.) Since no one wants to spell it out on the board, I'll guess. If the 80% is all fruit, I imagine it may be great for a cleanse, or perhaps for people who may be prepared for such a diet, but as a sustainable diet for a "regular joe." I don't know.

I hope it helps her with her disease. By the happy and serene look on her face, I'd say she's feeling better than ever. maybe her aggressive antics were due to too much red meat. They do say it can cause aggressive behavior. Why, it hardly looks like the trademark Venus. (I think she looks just as beautiful though, with a softer more feminine feel.) Perhaps a side test of her raw fooding will be

Well, I do remember to try and look for the good in people. Sometimes, it's worth telling people what they do to annoy you. How will they know to stop if you don't tell them? It might make some waves, but usually they settle, and if not, good riddance. Starting out with, I really appreciate ___ about you, or thank you for ____, or I think you're so great blah blah blah, but.. I don't know if that

I'm sorry, but I just can't imagine a well-known and respected company such as Butterball would allow this kind of behavior in their keep. Honestly, it makes you wonder exactly what the hell is going on in these places. I mean, what? Is it a phony video? Who would hire people who would treat their "product" like that? I mean, maybe someone is just trying to slander Butterball.

Quinoa is so easy to sprout, why not try it sprouted instead of cooked? Just soak in water until it sprouts. Overnight would probably be good if I remember correctly. Thanks for the recipe. I think I'm gonna try it.

Oh jeez coco. It's good to learn what the school's are teaching too. Your child can learn about organizing, vocabulary, yada yada at the same time as being fed the "standard." I don't know the whole story of whatever it is you're going through with this, but honestly, part of school is learning to deal with conformity issues. Just think about that! I don't know, when I hear that, I think it describes things like wasting money on convenience food when the fridge is empty or like blowing it all on a jacked up stereo for your car even though the oil hadn't been changed ever or the car is on it's last legs. Stuff like that. "Poor people have poor ways." - their habits are what makes them poor then there's always "Sometimes

I find unfertilized eggs disgusting personally. I guess they're prized in some places. Grody to the max. I've met vegans who were in such great health, so strong and robust, you would never imagine they were vegan. It probably has a lot to do with personal chemistry as well. When i went vegan, I felt so dried out and bad. But for others, it makes them feel good. Who knows. Good luck sunclo
