I heard Raw cocoa tasts like a combination of coffee beans and tree bark with a slight hint of chocolate LOL.. And they are really bitter, but if You mix it up with other things Im sure it would be devine!

Can rice and seeds be eaten if they are not sprouted? Is it bad for digesting if you eat rice raw?
Also, even if those items are not vegan, can they still be considered raw?

Mix 1 can of chickpeas into a bowl.
Dice and mix in, 1 cooking onion and 1 clove of garlic (or leave out the garlic)
Add some fresh or dried basil or dehydrated spinish, flaked.
It's fresh and so delicious.!! I eat it once a week. I find it helps keep my feet
and hands warm. (I have poor circulation + Low iron.)

Is it healthy to eat raw potato's? Won't it give you worms? I would try it my self if it is safe to ingest. =) Keep us updated on your success.

Making jerky with meat in a dehydrator.. can raw food diet's consist of meat?
What is "raw"s substitue for the same nutrients found in meat and fish and breads? (Other than just nuts)
What is the average weekly cost of a raw diet grocery bill?

Hi my name is Jen. I am a 24 year old mother of a 3 year old beautiful boy and Over the past few weeks I have jumped on the wagon and I've decided to go raw. Im doing an 8-9 month trial to see if its right for me.
