Raw Bugers. Process: Carrots almonds peppers onion celery sea salt garlic flax seeds Make this mixture into a patty and serve between lettuce leaves with any raw dressing. I like to make this burger mixed with raw hummus dip. It holds together better.

How many servings does this recipe make? I would like to make 1 or 2 slices without left overs. Maybe the recipe can be cut in half? 2 tomatos seems like alot for a slice of food =)

Well I need a dressing. There is no way Im eating raw cabbage without something coated on it lol. I dont want to imagin the raw taste of it going down hard like sharp rocks lol

I personally dont think your eating enough for lunch either. Morning: Have a large smoothie or some raw porridge with fruit ( the whole fruit not just a slice) (400 cals) Snack: Treat your self to some fruit or veggies with raw dip or fresh squeezed juice. (200-400 cals) Lunch: veggies and dip, or a large salad or some raw crackers with raw dip (400 cals) Snack: How about 1 raw cook

I have been raw for 1 month now. Not 100% Actually I've been about 95% I usually eat 1 or 2 things uncooked throughout the day. Why? Because I cant let go of the things I enjoy like a cup of coffee or sometimes my spouse will bring something home I shouldnt eat like pop corn.. oye ... Im still learning.. I learn every day and I know this.. You will be fine. I was scared too. I didnt know anything

I hear 8 is too many if your not an active person, try aiming for 5-6 and you will be just fine! I use to drink 1 cup every 4-5 days.. not good at all. I drink twice a day now so its a slow improvement

I've fasted for 1 week before I had so much energy I didnt know what to do with it. Then I had a piece of fruit and I literally felt sick. Hit me hard and I felt lethargic after.

My first meal was: Raw porridge with cinnamon and raisins, and I chopped up a pear and snacked on fruit after I had my porridge. For lunch I had 1 bottled water and a garden salad with E.V.O.O and Vinegar. Then I went down hill and had 1 donut + usual coffee and 2 pieces of boxed pizza * runs and hides*

I know what you mean. I cant afford to buy 3-4 pineapples weekly (for example) to keep it freshest, so I buy 2 and I freeze one after I have peeled and cored it. Thats too bad that frozen isn't the same. I didn't think it takes away nutrients because you would think freezing locks the vitamins in, frozen in time and space ready to be unleashed as it de thaws LOL. Im silly. =) I really do fre

Raw yogurt? Really? How does it differ from store brand? Does it even taste like the usual yogurt? Or is it more like a sour cream sauce that could be used in raw meals instead of eating alone? =) thanks!

I dont know how to answer your question. I have tried my self to introduce some raw to my family and non of them want to give up chicken nuggets, french fries, pizza, meaty lasagna and other delicious meals. Oh well. I guess Ill be raw alone then

I would go to an eye doctor first. See what's going on. Maybe it isn't the raw food diet and it's just a coincidence. It's best to get it looked at. Your eyes are super important. There are important vitamins for your eyes. I know you can get many from eating carrots. Not sure about others. It's worth the effort to find out =) Good luck.

I don't think eating cooked food (which are usually bad food options, unhealthy quick fixes) will help make our bodies stronger to medicine and other things. I am suprized that any of us not on a raw food diet survive even through a seasonal cold. Our poor bodies. All the veggies and fruit and healthy oils and .. ahh all the good stuff will help your body be strong not weak.

Ya I know, some things raw are expensive but fruit is one of the least expensive ways to eat raw. 12-15 Banana bundles is $3.45, It costs about the same to buy a large bag of tostito's. Apples and oranges cost less then buying coffee from the cafe each day. Sometimes you have to take from other things if your passionate about something. You will save in some area's to put money towards other area

I would start slow, little by little, Maybe a raw meal once a day and each week or every two weeks add more and more and replace meals with healthier raw options and maybe you can transition easy
