Not sure if anyone is interested. Whole foods market carries the "green path wine" that is made from organic grapes and is vegan friendly. 1 L tetra pack is around $10. A reasonable price. I will try it and let you guys know how it is.

Have you read "The eater's manifesto" by Michael Pollan? I think it's a very good book. He has a few recommendations at the end where he talks about how to eat "right". They do make a lot of sense (cooked or raw). Also, the book is pretty good overall.

I think I am ok with casual dating with a SAD eater. I doubt if I would kid myself to think that we might have a future. I would need a cooked vegeterian at least for a long term relationship. Btw, how do I go about finding lovely women in the DC area?

Thanks Yogi. So what is the best juicer for greens? I currently bunch em up and juice them in the Breville elite. What is the best juicer for ginger and garlic?

Hi guys, I currently own the breville juice fountain elite. It is not that great for leafy green and citrus fruits. So I am thinking of buying the citrus press. How good is to juice the greens? I also juice ginger and garic and cilantro etc. What machine is good for these? Thanks.

All right. I posted this message when the cut was already like 2 months old. It still hasn't healed!!! So it's been like 5 months for a minor cut!! I just don't understand. I have had far more serious cuts/injuries and they all have been healing just fine, except for this stupid cut! I have been rubbing garlic on it, no effect. I don't know what is going on!! Any suggestions?

All right. I have placed holds on a few books at the public library. What I would like is an off dry wine (not as sweet as port) with around 20% alcohol content . I like the warm feeling. Would I be able to find this specific kind of wine in the books?

All right, I am pretty much ready to buy a fabric sofa. I am just concerned about the smells from the cooking etc. How do I know that the sofa I am buying is good and won't smell when I take it home? Thanks.

Coco, they are big enough to be seen but they are flat enought to hide in all the nooks and crannies of any furniture piece! if I get them in the house once, I am doomed! ugh, what a dilemma. I was all planning to finish buying the furniture within a week. *sigh*

coco, bedbugs can live upto an year without a host! that is a long time. they are very tough critters and that's why it seems to be very difficult to get rid of them, once afflicted. That's why I am concered. I think it might be fairly safe to buy only wooden/metal objects such as a dining table. But maybe I should buy sofa bed etc new?

Hey guys, I have a small cut right under the flap of my left ear (the part where it meet the jaw). It is similat to the cut one might get at the lip ends. I thought nothing of it and hoped that it would heal on it's own. However, it is not healing and seems to have pus (I see white dried stuff). It is extremely unpresentable. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hey guys, I am planning to buy some used furniture. I wanted to buy something that is very easy to clean and maintain as I am a lazy bum. What kind of sofa is easiest to clean. From the feedback I got so far, leather is easy. I'd rather not buy leather if I don't have to. What do the forum gurus think? Thanks.
