I'm not familiar with dry fasting. It sounds like a period of time where a person dosn't eat or drink anything. Is that it ?

I got up this morning thinking about fiber. I think this thread probably got my subconscious working I thought about the fiber in whole foods as opposed to juicing and blending. I felt bad afterward and the next time the garbage truck came down my street I got rid of all the cooked food. The second slip came at about 4 months raw and I was visiting my brother in another city a

Everyone has their own way thats right for them to go 100% raw. Some people prefer to go all raw, all at once. Thats the way I did it and its a very fast way to get with the program. Other people like to transition slowly taking as much time as they need to feel comfortable with the change.

I put the straw in and give it the taste test - if its bad why waste any more time and effort on it ? Then I drain the juice into my VM container. Next I hacksaw the coconut in half. Last I Blend the juice and

There sure is a world of difference between being open minded and looking at all the options and possibilities as opposed to being closed minded and not looking.

The chlorophyll in leafy greens has a lot of magnesium in it. Eating, blending, or juicing greens will provide plenty of magnesium.

For me the issue comes down to if a person's diet, raw or otherwise, is supplying everything needed to be healthy. Possible food things (nutrients) to consider in a list for long term health would be: +) Vitamins +) Minerals +) Amino Acids +) Enzymes +) Water +) Fiber +) Calories Did I miss anything ?
