I purchased some bionaturae organic apple nectar in glass bottles and I use them. I also have San Pellegrino bottles, too.

luv, I understand some of the pain you went through as I released several growths through the time I have been modified raw vegan. I've never had a child so I'm not sure what labor pain is like. For me, the pain was intense for 3 days wherein I couldn't even sleep without doing Reiki on myself. My friend's wife who used to be an LPN asked me if I might not be having a miscarriage b/c it sounde

luuv, I'm not sure what you are doing with your "fast". When I fast, I do a 10-day distilled water fast. The 10-days with only distilled water wasn't as healthy as combining the distilled water with Senna Leaf tea to help me regular. I think what would've been best is lemon in distilled water along with the Senna Leaf tea if I had to do that one over again. I am thinking of

I'm not sure if it's a scam or not. I just know that Prill water is creamier and easier to swallow. I use RO water and then Prill it.

kiki, You will have to run it out but some things that should help: You can sweeten with your choice of sweetner. 1. Hot water with lemon as stated above. 2. Tea made with Feverfew for the coughing. 3. Tea made w/ 1/4 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds for the congestion/mucus. You might want to stop taking over-the-counter medicine as that just stops the symptoms and keeps the mucus from bein

I went through bad detox, the flu for 2 weeks solid (plus other detox episodes). I had to just let the mucus be expelled. I drank tea made with 1/4 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds and that helped expel the mucus. I kept drinking hot lemon with raw, unfiltered honey (or other raw sweetner you choose.) I also parasite zapped and got lots of rest. The only way to slow detox is to eat some cooked

I'm allergic to it. It makes my heart race and I'm not able to relax and that was when I was SAD. I wouldn't touch it again as Raw.

Drink distilled water with squeezed or juiced lemon, that will cut the mucus and alkalize the body more. You can also parasite zap to heal quicker. You can take colloidal silver, too. If you are very congested, drink a tea made out of 1/4 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds throughout the day. Lots of rest helps heal the body, too. Getting rid of the mucus is one step closer to a healthy, al

Yes. You can read Arnold Ehret's book or you can look up on acid/alkaline charts. You'll find it in the acidic column which means that it is mucus forming. You can test yourself. Eat some corn and you will find that you are more mucused up than if you ate something like watermelon which is alkaline.

ye, I had the purplish looking circles under my eyes, too. I discovered that I had low thyroid and now I take iodine and boost my thyroid. The purple is gone. The wrinkles disappear depending on how much sleep I get. Try the iodine. You can get a natural source from Kelp. Blue-green algae is not the same a Kelp or Dulse. Good luck. Therese

I'm not aware of a detox for the colon, just a cleanse. Blessed herbs has a good one. My friend used it and he stated it was better than a colonic or colema board.

It's not raw. It's baked. You could make a flatbread version if you want to do it in your dehydrator.

I just found out that Spirulina is a bacteria rather than a plant. I think that this would make it non-vegan. When I was SAD, I tried Spirulina and had a severe nervous reaction to it. I just couldn't calm down and it made my heart race. As a modified raw vegan, I didn't take anything with Spirulina in it although many of the Superfood supplements have it in it. What do you guys think? W

Juicer: GreenStar or Solo Star II (I have the Solo Star II.) Some like Champion. Blender: Vita-Mix or Blendtec/K-Tec (I have K-Tec Champ HP3.) Dehydrator: Excalibur or SausageMaker Stainless Steel Dehydrator (I have the SausageMaker one on my wish list.) I currently use a cheap plastic one until I can buy the SausageMaker one.

Sun, Each appliance is for a distinct use. I purchased a Solo Star II which is good for wheat grass and regular juicing. A GreenStar is supposed to be the best juicer but it is about twice the price of the Solo Star II. Some like the Champion. For soups, either a Vita-Mix or a K-Tec/Blendtec are the top of the line. Depends on whom you ask. Of course, you can purchase items which have som

Hi KJ, I'm not in MN so cannot help you there but there are many good recipes here I haven't had any issues with B12 but I'm not 100% raw, either. Some say that B12 is blown out of proportion. You can warm your soups and you can re-define your "bread" definition. I've heard great things about the Onion bread that is a variation of Matt Amsden "Rawvolution". Many do no

I suggest the young coconut water straight. Drink 1-2 young coconuts and it should do the trick. You might want to use sea salt if you crave salt and eat tomatoes. Celery is good, too. What about kelp or dulse? Also, you might want to incorporate more straight green juices in your diet like cilantro or wheat grass juice or chlorophyll. Good luck. Therese

Geo, Take Serrapeptase on an empty stomach to reduce the inflammation in your back. Do the Sun Salutation and also do the Plow and the Dolphin asanas. These are a great help to me. If you want to alkalize, drink distilled water with juiced lemon in it. Test your pH with strips. I like the pHIon strips. Good luck. Therese

Pine nuts (or seeds) can truly be raw. When I lived in South Korea, we used to pull them out of the pine cones and bite the seed off. They look a bit like maple seeds that have the translucent ends that allow them to fly. You can tell where the seed is b/c it is roundish there. This is the same with the pine seeds.

I would but the person would have to be pretty special. My current interest is a meat eater but he's quite wonderful and doesn't eat pork on a regular basis. I have yet to meet a raw vegan male since there are so few. I believe that the quality of the character is more important than the whether or not the person eats animal protein. However, I would hesitate to date someone that solely eats

K, What are you using to wash your hair? Since going modified raw vegan (I still eat some cooked vegan), I have altered what I wash my hair with and the texture of my hair has changed, too. I went from regular shampoo to organic to organic w/o Sodium Laurel Sulfate. Then, I went to baking soda and water only. I was "washing" all my hair with the baking soda and found my ends too dry

Hi John, I didn't know about the fruit damage and the teeth enamel until it was too late. I have damage to my enamel. After that, I stopped eating citrus and pineapple, etc. I went more for other fruits and incorporated more greens. Now, I eat some citrus, especially in winter as that is mostly available. Mostly, if I feel sensitivity again, I juice the citrus rather than chew it. I also o

Hollie, Welcome. There are alot of knowledgeable and supportive people here on this board. Peanuts have arsenic and are high in mold. I would avoid. You can eat raw almond butter but it is high fat. You can eat raw tahini (sesame seed paste) but that is high in fat, too. Try raw hummus, that's delicious and a great alternative to the starch/protein/fat that you have in peanut butter. I

I find that hot peppers are very delicious and beneficial. The mainstay of the Korean diet is based on pepper via Kimchee. Of course, if one has stomach problems, it would be advisable to heal the stomach first before introducing hot peppers as that could irritate the situation. Cayenne can be used medicinally to stop bleeding and Capsicum has alot of healing properties. Do a search on th

I really like my K-Tec Champ HP3. I don't mind the auto settings and I can press the pulse button for "manual" control. I don't leave my food in there for long and I always rinse with just water. I don't "heat" things in my blender. If you want glass, you can buy an Oster blender with a glass jar but the power will not be there. I believer Oster is what Vonderplatz reco

209. Re: Weak
Hi M, You need to be supplementing with vitamins/minerals. Go to fitday.com or equivalent to ensure you're getting enough nutrients. You are likely going through some detox and that is making you weak. You may have to reduce your work-out level to match your energy level. Also, be sure that you are eating enough greens and are eating to sustain your energy. With raw, you will become more at

Re-focus on what is your top priority and concentrate on that. You should be balanced with your caree
