Depends on your body and what you eat. Go to fitday.com and figure out what you are lacking based on your intake. I usually use Solgar with veggie caps or suitable for vegetarians. I take a mult-vitamin w/minerals, Vitamin C crystals from KAL when needed, Calcium/Magnesium liquid, Niacin, B-Complex, Iron, CoQ10 for my heart, Chlorophyll when needed, etc. Some people do sublingual B12, too. I do

I eat all of those, too. Tomatoes are sometimes a staple and is considered a superfood. Some people don't like onion or garlic b/c they are smelly. Koreans eat garlic in large quantities and they don't have garlic body odor. Onions are delicious in Onion bread or on raw sandwiches, salads, etc. There are alot of theories out there, the only way to find the truth for your body is to look at

You might want to give up the Kombucha tea. Parasite zap. Don't put the fruit unless it is unsweet fruit with your greens in your smoothie. In fact, why don't you allow your body to heal without being concerned about your weight? You should let go of the antibiotics as they won't cure you. They are only playing havoc with your body which is trying to heal. Drink hot herbal teas like Plantai

A good current book is "The pH Miracle" by Dr. Robert Young. It addresses alkalinity and endorses raw veggies (not sweet fruits, unfortunately). It isn't entirely raw but it address the major problem of acidity in the blood. I feel that you will lose your friend, too. Hope the doctors will release her to heal on her own. Dr. Furhman's book, "Eat to Live" is very good. A

I agree with Eaglefly. This was the only way I overcame my fried food cravings. When you have enough bad reactions, even if you smell it, you cannot fathom eating it. The other thing is that the memory of how that food tasted is much better than reality when you're done. That's when you know you are free b/c your taste buds have changed so much, the fried food tastes like greasy crap and it is

You can drink Sassafras tea for your acne. I agree with the above that you are detoxing. I still get pimples b/c of hormones and I haven't begun drinking the tea. You might be tired b/c you need to supplement. You may not be getting enough nutrients in your diet. Try fitday.com and check out your nutrient intake. Good luck. Therese

The dehydrated crackers or bread + sunflower seed or almond butter is good. I really like Tahini (crushed sesame seeds) and organic raw, unfiltered honey by itself to stabilize me when I have cravings for bread-like things. If you don't do honey, you could eat the Tahini with buckwheat groats. Buckwheat groats are a lifesaver when it comes to wanting starches that don't taste raw. I recen

Read "The pH Miracle" by Dr. Young. The key to overcoming cancer is alkalizing the blood. Another great book is "The Cure for All Diseases" by Hulda Clark. Cesium Chloride or Paw paw have been known to cure cancer due to alkalizing the body, too. Best wishes for your mom's health. Therese

Hi luv, You're welcome. My friend said because you are still having problems, go ahead with another flush. Don't combine the Serrapeptase with the flush. Don't eat nuts/seeds at all until the stones are completely gone. Be sure to follow the instructions above exactly. Yesterday, a man needing to go to the hospital for kidney stones had the stones dissolved in a 14 hour p

Trader Joe's Almonds are not truly raw. Unless one is buying them locally in CA directly from a farm, any distributed almond in the US has to be pasteurized due to the law. The difference is the way it is pasteurized. This company only pasteurizes the skin and the meat is still raw. Ignore that they say last year's crop, they currently have stock as I recently wrote them. Since I don't

Hi luv, Serrapeptase is great for inflammation and pain caused by inflammation. I muscle-test to see how many to take. You wouldn't want to take it while doing the liver flush. Serrapeptase will dissolve brain tumors but uncertain regarding other tumors per my friend. A cyst is not a tumor so unsure what it will do there. Read about Serrapeptase here Buy Serrapeptase at 40,000 units (400

luv, I know that I released the growths because I had debilitating pain and physical evidence and took pictures. I know, gross, but I had to document it somehow. They were solid, bloody skin as thick as my thumb, as long as my pinkie, and had tentacle like shreds at the end of it. In the past, I have had pelvic exams and the doctors found no fibroids, etc. Hope that answers your questions in tha

Fermented foods are highly recommended by Donna Gates who founded Body Ecology. While she is not raw, she states that fermented food assists in overcoming Candida. Being from Korea, I love Kim Chee but I have to make my own if I want to eat it as the normal recipe has salted shrimp. I love pickles, too. Haven't gotten into Sauerkraut too much. Don't like German food all that well as it is h

luv, I'm not saying that what happened to me will happen to you but I released growths in my raw transition. I'm still transitioning but am close to about 80% raw vegan now. I will likely end up around 98% as there are still some things that I include that are not raw but are vegan for minerals and general well-being like German Chamomile Tea. I was highly irregular in my periods and they we

OkunDeji, I am sorry that you cannot afford to eat well. Many here in the US are in the same position. Sometimes, I just fast. Fortunately, I haven't had to that lately but it's been close. Kwan, I, too, am grateful for the discounted bananas. I was able to pick up 3 bags of bananas weighing over 4 lbs each. I muscle-tested them before buying. I brought them home and peeled them and froze th

I have been recently making raw soups, too. I used the concept of incorporating chucks/pieces of the blended mixture into the soup like the Savory Stews I saw. I didn't purchase the videos so I'm not sure how close this is but I think the flavor is pretty good and the soup is hearty. Cucumber Avocado Soup 2 1/2 large Cucumbers, peeled if not organic 1 small Avocado 4-8 oz of Distilled Wate

KitchenAid 12 cup is good from all the research I did. I went and splurged on the 16 cup but afterwards found reviews that were negative and recommended the 12 cup. Too bad I had already spent so much on the 16 cup one.

I've heard good things about Cesium Chloride or PawPaw. My friend has used the PawPaw and he's had others that had luck with the Cesium Chloride. Also, recently Cindy Wheatcraft overcame her cancer with the Alkaline Diet. I have put a couple of links below. Good luck to your and your dad. Therese

Jupiter, You will naturally detox eating raw vegan. Additional ways listed above are great, too. There are other areas of detox including emotional, spiritual, social, environmental. A good book on environmental, physical detox is Hulda Clark's "The Cure for All Diseases". Other physical ways are to do various cleanses such as a colon or liver cleanse, etc. You will know when

S, Some raw foodists eat mushrooms. I don't b/c they are a fungus and I read that they cause cancer. IMHO, I think you are eating so many b/c they have a "meaty" taste. This is the fifth taste, "umami" in Japanese. ( Remaining are salt, sweet, bitter, sour.) The Larabars are another way of getting more nuts which some use in place of meat protein. I like Larabars but I

Cara, You can spend alot of money on raw. So being selective is very wise. Learn food combining rules. You can find charts on the internet. Eat sweet fruits by themselves. Eat nuts/seeds sparingly if you don't want to gain weight. Get your diet more alkaline. Charts are on the internet, too. Figure out your nutrient intake. Use fitday.com or some alternative. Supplement when needed. Som

Depends on how ripe the fruit is before you put it into the fridge. If it is supersoft, it may not last two days. If is is slightly soft, it may last 3 days before rotting. I found that if you cut an avocado in half and only use half, the avocado stays fresher if you leave the pit in the remaining half and put the empty half shell on it. The remaining half will keep until the next day. The sa
