Marine phytoplankton cannot solve that problem. When the digestive system is working properly a simple apple has enoug

Some nutrients may be lost thru juicing but all the nutrients are absorbed easily from the juice. Juice your greens and eat your fruits, and fruits have fiber

Interesting study. What could have been the results of the study if the flax seeds were sprouted?

I would consider wheatgrass or other grasses as local super food. In addition to the regular local food, the tomatoes, broccoli, and greens, we drink the grasses for any additional missing nutrients the regular local foods may not have. So I agree we do not need them in large quantities. But are they really expensive, no they are not. I could easily spend 20 dollars or more for lunch at a resta

Great point. Organic seeds are expensive because they are rare. Lands and resources are devoted to non organic seeds and the demand for organic seeds is low. Otherwise seeds are not expensive compare to the yield of greens they produce. A handful of wheat berries costing less than a dollar will give you a tray of wheatgrass you can juice for a week. The same can be said for lentils, mun

Micheal Bergonzi is really a great guy. I watched the video and he makes great points. But blended water killing plants need to be repeat as an experiment. I could boil water, let it sit and feed my plants and they will ok. Blended water is worse than boiled water?

Thank for the info rawgosia it is reassuring that fruit can still play an important even a major role in our diet and health, I was getting alarmed by all of the claims from the oils and fats promoters.

BUT FRUITS ARE NOT GOOD FOR US according to the latest research. We need fats and oils. So there cannot be a miracle fruit.

No, actually I like your experiment. You are raising good concerns. But not all fruits are created equal. Just like not all humans are created equal. There are those high in fructose and those low in fructose. Somebody could be on a successful high fruit low fructose diet. The problem is that we make fruit the main food, it should be used as snack, or a lite meal, for a break-fast for ex

You could hardly find a single case of people seating at dinner table and eating oils. People do juice fast for weeks. You could not eat oils until you get full. You could actually die. Oil is not a food.

Well Tavis is wrong on many things. Adding oils to food is not the only one. Well fermented foods have digestive enzymes and many cultures in the history of the world have discovered the value of fermented foods. More than anybody can teach us, we have to find what make sense.

This is a bad dish. The Natural Hygienists would vomit. Oil, avocado, pepper, oranges, pomegranate, and I may have missed couple of items. It is beautiful to look at but bad for the body. What is medicinal about it?
