You are doing the right thing limiting the green to one at a time. The major issue may be the type of green you use. I would avoid spinach as it is high in oxalic acid.

Brian Clements and many others have said the same thing. High speed blending of greens is not healthy but it may be better than eating SAD. I prefer to juice them with a low speed juicer. It takes time but it is healthier, and you can add a ferment to the juice following advice from the Sproutarian. I prefer blending fruits and sprouts at low speed for 30 seconds. Many on the raw foods will ea

It is the inorganic oxalic acid that is harmful. Quote Just remember, organic oxalic acid is essential for your body and is completely harmless if consumed in organic form. It is the inorganic oxalic acid that causes trouble to your body. This is the reason why when you drink fresh raw spinach juice, your body utilizes 100% of all the minerals that spinach has to offer. But when cooked, the oxal

It was not good back then, she just did not know it. It was a scientific study by Brian Clement that showed her that it is was not good enough. 60 percent of the batches were bad. She did well not because of rejuvelac but in spite of it. She had sprouts and wheatgrass and stopped eating cooked fried food, the national killer. "Rejuvelac. We used to call it rejuve-rot. It is not a Hippoc

I will continue to eat raw it works for me and I am sure it has worked for thousands of people. What were reading is some people who are not raw and seem excited to prove that raw does not work. My friends it works and you do not have to be 100 percent raw for it work. The simple fact of replacing a breakfast of doughnut, fried eggs with a cantaloupe and glass fresh carrot or celery juice is a

Maybe the forum can go mobile and try short messages with twitter so that subscribers to a thread can get notified by message on their phone when there is a response.

The reason why most are sick is food and chemical overload. The simple fact of stopping to eat the standard american diet can save life. You could find... Fasting saved my life 10 apples a day saved my life ... The danger maybe in the long run implications. You may need to add other foods. You could not fast forever.

The first European to discover Brazil was Pedro Álvares Cabral on April 22, 1500 according to Wiki. Where could we have gotten selenium if Alvares did not discover Brazil or are the nuts grown in other places? Are there any other sources? Something is not right. Maybe selenium is overrated or there are local sources.

Thanks for sharing. For me that is too many items. I like to limit my items to 3 when doing smoothies. The blender can blend anything but I like to keep it simple. Dandelion greens, cucumber, and bananas is one of them. Sweet bitterness.

Good points. I guess we should make a difference between those eating raw protein and those eating cooked protein. According to Gabriel Cousens we can eat less when eating raw because the nutrients are not damaged by heat. For those eating high protein food in the morning, when is the time not to eat beside sleeping at night? That could not be noon or dinner time? High protein breakfast was

Good points you are making. My only question is what went wrong with nature? Why is that the food that is readily available, succulent, exotic, digestible is not good enough for humans? And they have to restore to cooked beans, rice, pasta, yams, and now seaweeds.

I think Doug Graham has it right theoretically. The food for humans is fruit but this only work if we were born and raised disease free and our digestive system was functioning properly, and fruits were grown in rich soils. But in the current world where we live and with many things broken around us and in us, fruits alone is not enough... Fermenting brings a correction to the problem. We co
