You'll be shocked at how much better you feel from day to day. You don't notice how badly you really feel, until you feel better. (that wasn't ment to be a "DUHHH" moment!!)

at our store, they are in small bags. They keep them near the fresh herbs. I guess I didn't realize that all health food stores don't carry them. I wonder if it's because the spoil quickly. maybe. I don't know.

since it's been so warm here in Iowa, I've been munching on just fresh fruit and some veggies here lately. I think if I put too much in my stomach at once, I'll hate myself soon after! We've had a lot of 90 degree days here. Yuck! It's good that you're in a better mood today, then! Many blessings to you and yours!

something else you can do with green tomatos is dice them with some cilantro, onions, green pepper, black olives, and a couple cloves of garlic. it's an awesome salsa and great in lettuce wraps. If you can handle spice, jalipinos and mild green chilli's are good in this too.

Put them in a dark place for a couple days. They'll turn a pretty shade of red.

OK. according to "medicinal herbs and their uses" there are no known drug interactions with milk thistle. Neither perscription or over the counter drugs. St. John's Wart can't be taken with birth control, though.

thanks! I'm glad I was doing the right thing. I've been using syrup, even though I don't like it very well. I just add a tad bit more cayanne pepper. LOLOL ! !

Is it 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp syrup, dash cayanne, per glass, or per 80-100 ounces of water? I don't know what I did with the batch I made yesterday, but it tasted different. I'm mixing 100 ounces in a 2 liter bottle, 2x's daily.

I sure hope so! They fall out quite often, but they always grow back. I'm on my first day of a 3 day master cleanse, and before that I was about 80-90% raw. now, I'll be 100% after the 3rd day of my fast. Next month I'll do another 5-7 day fast, for good measure. For the longest time, I thought I was the only one who had a problem simelar to this one. Thank you for replying.LOLOL!

If I use anything it will be the agave necter. The other two alternitives are far too sweet for me. Right now, Dr. Natura is too much for my budget. A couple months from now, who knows. Do you know if it would hurt to add some ginger to the MC?

232. green tea
is it good for you or not? I hear soooo much conflicting advice about it, I don't know what's believable.

I guess that explains why I'm kinda drained, huh? It's a loony luna moment, I guess.LOLOL! ! Common sense excapes me at times. I think the agave nectar sounds good, but the molasses or syrup mixed in, I didn't like.

helps a bunch! Thank you! Did you use the molasses or pure maple syrup in the MC? I tried it with the syrup, but I liked it better without either.

The molasses is optional. It's just for cutting the spice of the pepper, I think.

I wonder if Master cleanse would be good for that? It calls for cayanne pepper and lemon juice, and molasses.

As far as the turnips and beets go, I'd dice them up with some onions in a salad, or a lettuce wrap. The broccoli, I would plant some basil around it. If I remember correctly, that is a repellant plant for caterpillars.

I think if you balance out the natural sugers with fresh veggies, you'll be fine. Fruitarian1 eats all fruit, so the natural sugars can't be all bad for us.

for the past day and a half, I've been drinking lemon water with cayanne pepper and a hint of molasses all day. Then in the morning I chug a liter of sea salted water using 1/2 tsp of sea salt. Is this ok, or am I doing something wrong?
