Does anyone know of any high-quality distilled water systems? I just came across Andrew Norton Webber and the importance of distilled water.

From the website (they test for all the things you mentioned): "From the moment we harvest the AFA, to its final packaging, we work with only the most highly trained and qualified staff. We handle our AFA with such care from start to finish. Factors contributing to this quality include: where and how we harvest, keeping the AFA cold at all times, superior filtration and storage, and ongoi

Sproutarian, What types of prayer, if any, do you do? Asking for advice/direction from spiritual guides or anything like that? Also, how much chlorella do you consume per day and do you take E3 capsules or liquid? Back to the resentment thing... would someone have to truly hate you or would you just have to think that person hates you?

I have heard that on the dark side of the moon, there are many, many experiments being done and that the reason we never see that side of the moon is no mistake. It's possible for humans to go to the hollow earth though, isn't it? Aren't the openings concave and if you were willing and had the pilot/ship steering skills, you could go there? Does E3Live have a nutritional label, detailing every

What do you mean by wheatgrass and urine "implants"? Also, what are some easy ways to eat kelp, nori, and dulse? Any tips on urine therapy that would've helped you when you first started? What do you think of E3Live + BrainON and what kinds of algae do you eat? Sorry for copying the questions, just really curious lol. So you're saying you'd be able to describe my room to me right now

More questions lol... sproutarian, what is the best thing to do in order to aid meditation and how do you feel about exercise in its regards to spirituality? Is it needed, beneficial, neutral, or what?

la_veronique (or anyone else who can shed more info), What are the precursors to taurine and which raw foods are rich in them? Isn't chlorella a source of taurine?

Sproutarian, What are the main things that helped you cleanse and open your pineal gland and how long did it take? What are the main things to avoid? I'd imagine meditation is high on the list of things to consistently do, but what about diet? I thought I read something in the past where you said listening to music was harmful for spiritual growth, is that true? Have you gone through many colo

You should definitely go raw, even overnight if you want, but you should do a lot of research on how to do it properly so you can be assured you are staying nourished. A few tips, don't overdo nuts and seeds, although they are healthy but in moderation (too much fat otherwise). Also, you should beware of the detox symptoms you'll likely experience. Your body will be releasing tons of toxic waste,

Another question for Sproutarian lol.. How do you monitor your iodine intake when consuming so many sea vegetables? For instance, kelp noodles with dulse flakes is delicious, but isn't that a ridiculous amount of iodine?

2752. Fructose
Is fructose from fruit completely harmless, as in you could eat a bunch of dates and have no ill effects, or can you still tax your liver with fructose even if all of the fructose is from fruit? Assuming you are a healthy individual with no health issues.

Sproutarian, What are, if any, the food combining rules with sea veggies? Also, I notice you like to base everything you eat off of its effect on spirituality, however, isn't that counter-intuitive in some instances when you refuse to eat things that could boost brain function (Like hemp seeds with the perfect omega-3 : omega-6 ratio)? If you added a tiny amount of hemp seeds to your diet, or

I'm going to wait to get all of my levels checked until I fully establish the type of raw food diet I want. I want to take E3 Live + BrainON consistently, need to start eating a lot more sea veggies and sprouts, and need to buy a juicer for veggies (with the exception of salads). I'm only 21 and need to get a few things situated, and am probably admittedly deficient in a few things. Nothing that

I'm trying to find a high-quality, organic, cold-pressed kalamata olive oil for salads. Also, cold-pressed coconut oil is extremely healthy too, very potent. Other than breastmilk, it's the only significant source of lauric acid, which is converted into monolaurin in the body.
