Still on my solid food vacation. Had a gallon of juice that had about 12 ounces dandelion, sixteen ounces spinach and kale, four ounces cilantro and parsley, filled with celery and cucumber. For one serving I blended in some bee pollen and vitamineral green Feel great but needle to say I've spent a fair amount of time reading this website on the toilet

Just out of curiosity, TSM, and this is by no means intended as an attack but more a personal inquiry, but what makes you so certain your guides/angel/other dimensional friends are giving you truth? As far as I have learned from research thus far is that many people have claimed similar things, from similar beings, they speak in intriguing but vague terms and claim to know truth but either never

What's the point in teasing the information or trying to figure it out? If no one wants to reveal the truth out of fear, then to me it seems just as wasteful as living blind. Maybe worse.

So much conflicting information on the proper way to eat food,I've noticed over the years. It goes beyond what one should eat all the way to how one should eat, and it gets so overwhelming. I suppose that's why its important to listen to ones body, and to be a part of a community like this to hear the experience of others, which I think is why its so important to not hold on to any specific reali

strange, i was just reading back at this trhead earlier today. my favorite tasting spirulina is spirulina azteca by healthforce. its a bit more expensive than other brands, but tastes amazing. there's a website, pipinkrock that claims to have high quality spirulina from taiwan for a ridiculously low price. i'm skeptical but ordered a pound anyway.

I have a few questions regarding a juice fast which I will began yesterday A) would drinking herbal teas aid or disrupt the cleanse? I have nettles, dandelion, echinacea, tulsi and pau d arco. I normally drink two gallon of water a day and wanted one of them to be this tea concoction same as first question but with superfood powders. I have a green mix by sunroof, and enjoy maca and

I recently tried durian for the first time. It was almost too good. My goals are to learn how to wild craft greens, start growing wheat grass, buy a new juicer since my old cheap one literally collapsed on itself and juiced the basket (juicer suicide), meditate and do breathwork daily, invest into shipyard rope and kettle bells for functional strength exercise, spend as much time as humanly

Calm down. I read a ton of alternative teachers, esoteric writings and the like and have since I was a teen. Its good practice to enter different reality tunnels on a frequent basis, as per Robert Anton Wilson, so as to not stagnate the mind. Just wanted to conduct research, friend.

Good luck. High fruit helped me completely eliminate cooked food last year when I started my health battle, Candida included, and was addicted to black bean and amaranth sprouted corn tacos.. It helped immensely, but after a month or so I felt like I wasn't able to get restful sleep if my life depended on it, and felt genuinely burned out all of the time. Good for transition, but don't throw away

Have you tried any parasite cleanses? I had similar symtoms and tried many different things for the past year and a half. What ended up working for me is coffee enemas along with a diet similar to the one David wolf promotes in longevity now, Markus rothkranz in heal yourself 101, and what Robert cassar suggests in his YouTube videos. They're more or less pretty similar, I found what was useful f

Hello everyone, I was thinking how odd it is that I can't seem to find sproutable, non irradiated, whole hemp seeds, especially with hemp/cannabis reform in many states here in the US. I can easily find viable marijuana seeds, materials to make DMT, peyote seeds and plants, but no hemp seeds?? Anyone know of an under the radar or new vendor which sells them in bulk? I'd love to sprout

storm, how goes it buddy? i recall a while back seeing you post at the dmt.nexus. did you ever figure out how to cold brew ayahuasca? while i know you're not asking for advice, you remind me of some people i know that have dabbled into psychadelics, or really, really far out there esoteric literature (val valerian, the african master teachers, etc, which can be just as mind bending as

i didn't really read the article, got kind of boring. i have never paid attention to the fruit crowd, doug and the like. the comments their followers leave on places like youtube and their silly looking video previews has been enough to know its not worth the time. i have yet to come across durian apart from asian markets which i don't tend to trust. i would like to try it some day.

the benefits of this stuff seem really astouding. I however haven't found many people who have used it successfully. My main issue is the price, David Wolfe says that the powdered version is much more potent and effective than the liquid, but i can't seem to find any that is much cheaper that $150 bucks for 1/4th of a pound. so my questions are as follows, a) anyone have experience with th

TSM, do you juice wild grasses? If so, how do you identify which you use? I know for example phalaris grass has a very high amount of dimethyltryptamine and other plant alkaloids which would cause intense reactions. I like the idea of juicing wild plants though and have been meaning to learn how to pick and identify the correct material

I like tavis alright, even though most everything he says was previously said by robert cassar. I tried to contact him recently and found that he charges 300 per hour on skype. Pretty bold for someone who hasnt revealed his credentials, and that I cant seem to find any testimonials from these stage four cancer patients he has supposedly cured
