Wow, SueZ, I need to learn from you how to use the Welles Press, because I have one and never got the hang of it. I mainly bought it for pressing tinctures, but I wish I knew how to use it properly because I am ruining my centrifugal juicer when I juice nopal cactus fruits. Those fruits strain the motor. Also, I have no idea how Rawgosia eats her passion fruits, but I can imagine using the Wel

Hey storm, out of consideration to keeping threads focused, i am going back to this one. I have an angel juicer and a green star (from tribest). I use both, because my angel does not have a nose piece that can be adjusted for pulp flow. The angel is definitely limited, but I use it most of the time. THere are times, when I need to adjust the pulp flow and that is when I use the green star. But the angel will extract more calcium. I also have a centrifugal juice. I certainly can't

SueZ Tai, I strongly disagree with you about most of these people you have mentioned. Tai: Let me clarify. I already was a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist when I learned from Dr. Christopher, Dr. Morse, Lou Corona, etc. Chinese medicine is thousands of years old, but a lot was lost with the book burning by the CCP and the coveting of secrets, so there is holes in it. I have done well

TSM: bought 150 pounds of water melon yesterday Tai: Hi TSM. Here is how I personally use watermelon. I peel the green skin off and I cut it up and save the center. I will eat the center with no seeds. The rest I juice. I almost never drink straight watermelon juice. I juice lemon and have it so that the juice is just a little sweet but still sour with lemon. Or I juice 2/3 watermelon and

The article was okay. Through trial and error, I have learned that each different kind of fruit is unique and has different functions in the body, so I personally do not believe anyone that stereotypes fruit into one sugar category. Avocados, lemons and limes are all fruit, so people shouldn't make sweeping anti-fruit statements. When I learned about the power of fruit, I started to detox

I have decided not to comment anymore on this ongoing debate about Ann Wigmore and Brian Clement and any other health teacher, because there is a reason why people feel wounded or misled. I used to want to stand up for them, but then I realized that I am in a whole different world with Chinese medicine, and my own vegan mentor was a pathologist. I still feel that everyone should come from the

I thought it was a great video. I have a lot to share about the subject. (For those who don't have time to watch, I will recap. After a couple of years on dairy, he started getting hives as a direct result from the dairy and had to quit dairy,

Power, You do not understand spiritual cultivators. It is true that when a person actually gives up the attachment to emotion and base desires, the body undergoes a change. When a person can reach a level to have compassion for all sentient beings and love their enemies, their body indeed goes through a change for the better. I know it, because I have experienced it, and I have witnessed it i

Storm, If you are low in neurotransmitters, then you can research what foods/sprouts can increase them. For example, sprouting brown rice can increase GABA. Sometimes solutions don't have to be expensive. If you are not working, you can spend more time growing your own sprouts. But you need to figure out what the problem is to figure out the solution. Ramanan, I found the passage about sprouts. I pasted it below. Based on this passage, you are incorrect to say "no sprouts." He said "sprouts should not be plucked out." THis is very different to "no sprouts". If you soak your mung beans/dahl over night in a bowl with water and they sprout, they cannot live for very long unless you plant them in the soil. Eatin
