Wow, your bird looks really healthy and happy. How do you control when a bird has to eliminate? I have always wondered how people walk around with parrots on their shoulders and not get soiled.

The experiment is over: I believe that Harley wanted to raise awareness about the birth control pill, because he did have a vasectomy, and he is highlighting how the pill can hurt women. It also justifies his vasectomy. Some women have a doozy of a time trying to regulate their period once they come off the pill (and other birth control). I have helped some women, and it requires someti

So I decided to eat 80% raw for the next 30 days to see what would happen. This was a step back for me - I had been 99% raw for the previous year. In the first 20 days, I gained 17 pounds. From days 21 to 30, I

Yes, I agree with all of this. I never could stay 100% raw for longer than a couple of weeks before I started craving legumes. I was vegan for years before I tried going all raw. I shared a story of an "all raw" vegan mom who was caught eating cooked legume soup at a krishna restaurant with her "all raw" toddler. SHe admitted she craved the soup during her pregnancy. A

I watched only one video (no time to keep up) some weeks ago and he said he was taking a very low dose of testosterone. Freelee confirmed it. I don't think it's surprising because I used to watch his early videos and he said that he would get his blood tested regularly, including hormone levels. SO maybe his testosterone dropped. I didn't join the 30 bananas forum because they were so agains

I have never used this herb and would like to know more about it. I use western herbs and Chinese herbs. I was never trained in Indian herbs, except a few culinary ones. There are many herbs that are high in calcium. In herbalism, we try to use the herb that matches the person's constitution the best. Gou qi zi root bark (Goji berrie vine) has high calcium but it's cooling. Huai niu xi r

Everytime I used it, I didn't get that much out, but you have encouraged me to study it and practice. Wait, if you can get cleaned local nopal from the grocer or farmer's market, then don't listen to my advice. I grow nopal, and it is nice to go pick a leaf or two whenever I want and it is easy to clean them when the leaves are large. But when the leaves are small, there are more chances of getting pricked. It requires a lot of practice, and the fact is I have seen many people give up after cle
