addendum anaken, you stated "but the idea that nutrients don't get absorbed without fiber is contrary to experience" implying that is graham's belief. the above is stating (to me) that no nutrients are absorbed without the assistance of fiber. can you show me that he believes this or clarify it? don't you think we need to be careful when stating what others cla

I'm interested in understanding your position here, if you could enlighten me. because you may very well be correct, but I don't know what you're basing it on. scientific studies? personal experience? knowledge of nutrient assimilation comparisons between juicing, eating and blending? anaken Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > hmm thats a hard sell &g

It's not raw, but here's a soup they serve at a local raw food restaurant that they claim is raw and living. I don't know much about live miso myself. maybe you could make your own like this... Miso Sipp Raw & Living Our Signature Soup…A mild broth made with fresh coconut water, live Miso and freshly sliced coconut noodles

well, i have more energy when not eating nuts, so i don't know what your experience has been with nuts. the 80/10/10 diet directs us to fresh food, and nuts are not fresh, they are dried, unless you are picking them off the tree yourself. you might want to try smoothies to get carbs up..

"I am becoming healthier with each passing moment" might work... "i don't like fruit" there may be more involved than the above statement says... -do you not like just about anything righ
