Most days I have a banana and rasberry smoothie. Re: A daily must have?

Date: October 10, 2009 03:12PM Grapes and green juices are the two foods that I eat daily all year long. The rest of my diet changes with the seasons.I prefer to not eat my winter foods in the summertime so that I don't tire of them during the winter. The grapes I never get tired of, maybe thats because of the variety of types of grapes ? Right now I have some very large black grapes that are rawlicious. They are just a little smaller in size then Italian plums. Re: A daily must have?

Date: October 10, 2009 07:12PM My "must have everyday" foods seem to be more like cravings for a certain food everyday until I don't crave it any more. For two months I had to have bananas everyday. Now I'm not interested. Then for a couple of weeks it was mangoes. Now it's a green drink with lettuce, ginger, water, orange juice and an apple in it. Each time I think I'll eat this every day for the rest of my life! Re: A daily must have?

Date: October 16, 2009 02:11PM Bananas - must have my bananas;} A variety of berries. Cherries. All that plus mangoes or peaches goes into a smoothie I've been having at least once a day for the past year+
In the past few days I've also had a drink of carrot juice blended with ginger, apples and celery - I have a Vitamix container full of it at a time, and if I could inhale it I would! Just finished a batch...as soon as I finish it I want more ;{ Re: A daily must have?
