What are the common vitamin deficiencies to worry about?

All these recent vitamin threads are concerning me because from what has been posted, it seems even many meat eaters are deficient of major vitamins. With my diet + not taking multi-vitamins I'm guessing I'm deficient in something as well, if not many things.

I'm going to get tested for D and B12 on my next exam. What else would be wise to have checked?

Thanks

Unless your paying the standard basic blood tests don't show much at all usually.

Sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium basically your electrolytes are usually checked for, iron is usually tested. Vitamin D and B12 usually have to be asked for.

Anything other than that you'll be lucky to have tested. Vegans are commonly low in iodine and zinc also.

I think zinc and iron are quite commonly found low in vegetarians.
