Muscle Weakness/Cramps with RAW

Typically I start RAW transitions with a short fast. I don't eat for a few days and usually may get a CHARLIE HORSE in my calf (ouch!). I used to think it was because I wasn't getting enough potassium with not eating before going raw (and throwing off my sodium/potassium pump).

It's weird though. I am switching back to raw again, and I have that same feeling of cramping in my calves that I always do when getting back into raw. But this time I have been eating. I've been eating banana chips every day! I should be getting plenty of potassium...

So what's the deal? Do other people experience weirdness with their muscles transitioning to RAW? Soreness? Muscle cramps? I've been working out a lot, but I don't think that's why I'm sore. There is definitely a pattern with changing my diet. What do you think?
