Great pics Rawgosia, Coconutcream and TSM. TSM, how do you make that sprouted Chia seed milk? It looks SO good. I know I want some.

Today's cuisine? It's been a very vegetable day. I went out twice with friends and family to restaurants. I ate before and after because it's about the people not the food and I knew I wouldn't get either the quality or the quantity of food I like. We went to one buffet and later to another restaurant.

So today I had four bananas, one avocado, romaine, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, flax/chia seed crackers, almonds, green peppers, almond milk I made with my new Soyabella bought right here. This is going to be a favorite.

That might be it for the day.

One of the best things a person could do by including it regularly in the diet.

You sprout the chia on cloth and then blend it for 30 seconds. It can make a nice milky type of drink...takes two or three times to adjust to the taste and then everything is good. Never oversprout the chia or the taste is not as good. The key to sprouting seeds like sunflower/sesame/poppy/chia etc is to sprout for only a short time to maintain the best taste.

Here is how you sprout chia (scroll down alittle bit)

No, don't need anything else, and would never add things like greens, algaes to it either. I always strictly adhere to a laying approach which always gets me best results. If l added in E3 live it would ruin the combination and l would get digestive disturbance. Sometimes l will mix seeds togeather, but never more than two, and never two high calcium seeds togeather. I try to mix seeds that complement each other well and then smooth out the nutritional inbalances and gaps with the greens and water based foods.

I take a small bite of coconut fat and then put the chia milk in my mouth and chew that fat and chia togeather for about one minute or more. Perfect!

I always consume it after seaweeds and algaes.

"I take a small bite of coconut fat and then put the chia milk in my mouth and chew that fat and chia togeather for about one minute or more. Perfect!"

Basically what I do except I consume sprouted chia in a different manner, sprouted chia crackers with extra-virgin coconut oil and sea salt (and sometimes with minced raw garlic). I'm likely going to buy some dried oregano leaf and mix it in as well. I know you don't like adding things for flavor lol but you can do so while at the same time increasing the nutritional potency.

Wow, royal jelly is extremely energizing and gives a major boost in mental clarity/focus.

So far I've had 3 TBS AFA, 1 tsp marine phytoplankton, ~1 tsp extra-virgin coconut oil, vegan D3 and 3 tsp of royal jelly. Homemade raw chocolate almond milk is up next smiling smiley

Raw4 ever, hey me too.

one tb per three cups of nut milk or banana milk. Chia seed drink, just like the ones they sell in the organic markets. It takes some time to wait for though. like 15 minutes.

jtprin! mmm that sounds yummy.

Very interesting. Brian Clement and David Wolfe speak highly of it as you would know.

Can you feel good effects from the marine phytoplankton by consuming it by itself? I need to buy some of that.

"Very interesting. Brian Clement and David Wolfe speak highly of it as you would know."

I've never heard Brian Clement speak about royal jelly but I'm definitely aware of how David Wolfe feels about it. I've heard him say that when you get to doses of one teaspoon daily, the longevity effects start to kick in. It's a very unique substance; contains DHEA (anti-aging hormone), 10-HDA, and acetylcholine. It's also rich in B-vitamins and lecithin. All in all it's a major brain and nervous system food. I felt a bit high after taking three teaspoons. The trick is to let it mix with saliva and let it sit under your tongue before swallowing so more of these highly beneficial properties enter the bloodstream. Pretty powerful stuff, the consumption of royal jelly is literally what separates worker bees from the queen bee. The queen bee is much bigger and lives for significantly longer than the worker bees.

"Can you feel good effects from the marine phytoplankton by consuming it by itself? I need to buy some of that."

Not sure, I haven't tried taking it alone, only with AFA blue-green algae. I'm up to four algae's right now; AFA, marine phytoplankton, chlorella, spirulina.

Thanks TSM and Coconutcream for your directions. I will be giving it a go a.s.a.p.

I've been using chia seeds in my flax crackers. Typically, I don't use any grain products but in the winter in this cold climate, this is my one grain source. I dehydrate crackers of soaked chia, soaked whole flax seeds and flax flour. The soaked seeds make the crackers crunchy.

It looks like the next chia experiment will be chia milk. Whoohoo!

Today I had gala apple, walnut, tomato, carrot, red and green bell pepper, onion, almond, walnut, cashew, romaine, chard, zucchini, yellow summer squash, carrot, parsley, cauliflower, chard, lime, broccoli, pineapple, yellow summer squash, and celery in two glorious huge salads and a juice.

not raw:
blackeyed peas, fortified almond milk

I juiced the chard, pineapple, lime, squash, apple, and celery.

I gave the pulp to my dogs, nothing is wasted in my house or yard.

I would like more different types of fruit but I worry about my teeth.

Do you happen to know how it would affect someone with candida history?

I have mine pretty much under control for now. Recently attempted to incorporate a few very high quality types of honey into my diet and started to get symptoms back. Was pretty bummed.

To keep with this thread, haven't eaten today. Working on my gallon of water, yum!

Is raw broccoli digestible?
Some preferred it steamed.
You may have to chew it 30 times or more.

Not sure but I think royal jelly only contains a small amount of sugar. It does have anti-fungal properties though and has been shown to reduce blood sugar. How much honey were you consuming when symptoms stared to flare up again?

A tablespoon for breakfast and before bed.

One was a raw honey from austin, the other was a thirty something dollar manuka honey

What have you been doing to keep your candida under control? Are you restricting all forms of sugar, including fruit?

Earlier today I received quite a large amount of sunflower seeds (for greens) as well as black sesame and kale sprouts. And so it begins...

Black sesame will be sprouted and mixed with chia to make dehydrated sprouted crackers. And at the bare minimum I need to be juicing sunflower greens and wheatgrass 5x weekly, with some broccoli sprout juice here and there. I would juice the broccoli sprouts more often but they're pretty expensive and my juicer doesn't handle them well, I have to watch the amount I use and always put them in before wheatgrass. For each batch I'll probably juice half and use the other half for sprout salads. I also give some to my dogs.

Yes, I cut out sweet fruit entirely back in august i think it was. I've been eating only twice a day for the most part, smoothies with coconut butter and lots of greens, chia and hemp, 90,000 h.u cayenne (can't find any higher around here) two or three times a day, tumeric, lots of ginger and lemon with all my smoothies or salads. take oregeno oil, digestive enzymes, grapefruit seed extract, and recently fulvic acid. also coffee enemas and occasional high enemas.

my cystic acne (the worst symptom) has finally receded, as did the cyst in my knee that caused a meniscus tear. i think i'm in recovery mode, slowly building up my good bacteria. after twenty five years of un healthy eating, heavy alcohol abuse for about eight of those years, eating mostly pancakes and cereal when i was a child, drinking boxes of soda a day when i was a teen, and eating steaks with eggs on top and a big baked potato with a big bowl of rice a few times a day in my twenties to 'bulk up', its taking a while to undo the damage. also, when i first when vegan without knowing anything about how to do it properly, ate tons of tofu and pasta, fake meats, ate at this vegan comfort food diner in dallas many times a week.. but i'm headed there. clogged up gallbladder is what is prolonging the healing i think. i just started taking chanca pierdra to help with that... they didn't warn me that i shouldn't take it while at work. i spend so much time on the toilet after about a week of taking it that i had to ask to go home, Lol.

think i'm going to try and juice fast to help speed things up too. i went for a week in december, and about three times did so for three days. can't go much longer than a week unfortunately, not sure how john rose does it.

Is that healthy 90,000 h.u cayenne ?
That will be too stimulating to your digestive system.

"i think i'm in recovery mode, slowly building up my good bacteria."

You're doing lots of good things. Do you have a high-quality source of probiotics? Other things that you may benefit from include coriander essential oil, licorice root, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and extra-virgin coconut oil. Also, medicinal mushrooms (specifically chaga and reishi) and echinacea will help significantly boost immune functioning. Have you thought about trying colon hydrotherapy? If so, having a consistent intake of high-quality probiotics would be even more critical.

Does anybody know where I can get high-quality fresh raw dates? I'd like to see if there truly is a big difference between those and store-bought one's.

It's supposed to be anti inflammatory. I do a lot better with it than without it - and I get the hotter stuff plus I use a lot of fresh habaneros which are 210,000 shu.

Here you go for the hot stuff. This is the only place I have found it recently and it's doubled in price since the last time they had it. Personally I prefer the taste of the even hotter birdseye pepper but they seemed to have vanished off the market, too. Hope it's just a seasonal problem.

Not in my budget at the moment. I do have good quality probiotics though. Reishi is on my list for sure, usually buy one large order a year from mountain rose herbs of it. Cheers.

Thank! Yeah, I don't feel that it over stimulates my digestion. I also love using habanero peppers when I can find them, and Thai chilis. Haven't built up the courage to try the ghost pepper though

I just had my first ghost peppers a few months ago. They were from another chili lover's garden. I was warned that they were very hot but wasn't told until later what they were. Don't be afraid of them. The ones I had had a very good taste. Well worth it!
