Fat Content of Almond Milk

Does anyone know roughly the fat content of almond milk (made with 1 cup of almonds to 3 cups of water)?

It's very tasty stuff added to fruit smoothies but with all the cautions about too much fat is it a really bad idea?

It would be similar to this.

I don't *think* too much fat is a good idea. I think
20% is better than 40% for cancer risks and it would be
difficult to meet but not exceed 20% on a diet that
included frequent consumption of nut milks.

But, try a variety of fat levels to see what works for you.

In 30 years we might know for certain how much and what
types of fats are ideal for human consumption and under
what conditions. For now there is still some grey area and
speculation.

By weight? Sure.

By kcals? There had to be a lot of added sugar.

Get an identical twin, whose only lifestyle difference is a diet that has half the fat. Report results in 30 years! Multiply inputs by 10000. Then we will know for sure.

Adding sugar would make the fat content decrease as a percentage while the carbohydrate content increased.

Almond mylk is way better than cow's bloody diseased milk.

I think you can tell if it is too much if it makes you feel bad.
