I get mine from fresh green coconuts, but I love it so much that I never have it in the fridge for more than a day. I opened 7 coconuts Sunday afternoon, got over 3 quarts and drank the rest with my wheatgrass juice this morning.

it doesn't say that it's pasturized, i got it at my local health food store. i'm not a huge fan of it, but i like to use it in my smoothies instead of filtered water for added nutrition...any thoughts on freezing?

I've seen coconut water (not straight it was mixed with sweetners and stuff) in a pop can in the latin food section of Walmart, no less. I bought one just out of curiousity, it had "crystalized" coconut oil in it.
