Date: March 12, 2008 12:17AM I get mine from fresh green coconuts, but I love it so much that I never have it in the fridge for more than a day. I opened 7 coconuts Sunday afternoon, got over 3 quarts and drank the rest with my wheatgrass juice this morning. Date: March 12, 2008 05:01PM it doesn't say that it's pasturized, i got it at my local health food store. i'm not a huge fan of it, but i like to use it in my smoothies instead of filtered water for added nutrition...any thoughts on freezing? Re: Coconut Water

Date: March 13, 2008 03:52AM I've seen coconut water (not straight it was mixed with sweetners and stuff) in a pop can in the latin food section of Walmart, no less. I bought one just out of curiousity, it had "crystalized" coconut oil in it. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
