Date: April 29, 2008 06:21PM NOPE...I don't train hard, I prefer to train smart, I don't believe we are on this planet to beat our minds and bodies into submission with fitness, yes get outdoors and be active, get strong to prepare yourself for the elements but, think about it what are we really preparing ourselves for, we really don't need to be that strong!
As far as eating hard, what the heck does that mean?....stuffing yourself to the max till you can't eat anymore?...why do that!....that's just adding stress to your body and using up valuable life force! This whole "EAT HARD" "TRAIN HARD" mentality is like getting in your car, starting it up and putting the pedal to the metal and leaving it there, yeah that sounds great and macho and all but at some point if you do it long enough your just going to run that car into the ground regardless of what feul you give it! Just ma opinion F1 Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 04/29/2008 06:24PM by The Fruitarian One. Re: Any other training mad rawbies ?!
