Fat free salad dressings and hummus

Salad dressings are a bit easier. How about some garlic, ginger and lemon juice? Sweet fruits can make good salad dressing as well, like lemon and rasberry or mango and ginger. Duce can be a nice addision to a salad dressing, also sometimes I like to add a little bit of a spicy pepper (the spicy pepper goes nicely with mango). Hope that helps, Ian. Date: November 20, 2006 11:23PM You could try blending some salad with salad dressing into a dip. Maybe make a raw salas, and blend it into a dip. Or maybe a mango, spinich, ginger, basil dip?
