well, as far as I can tell, no form of cacao can be considered really raw by the standards Ive seen put forth, as the basic fermentation process to even make it edible, involves temps far higher than 110 degrees on average...so I guess its just which is closer to raw...

Cocoa and Cacao are ALMOST the same, close enough to not make any difference in flavor really, that I can notice, but many believe cacao powder is much better for you, the main differences being that "cacao powder" specifically refers to raw, unsweetened powder. "Cocoa powder," on the other hand, may still have a very small amount of cocoa butter present to enhance the flavor

er...heres some stuff I found online about wheatgrass juice, its from the wikipedia article, so who knows if its truly accurate or not... "Often, not all wheat berries will sprout. The ones which don't can turn mouldy. As growing wheat grass indoors usually requires the grass to be grown in small trays with the wheat berries in close proximity for a high yield, if any of the non-sprouted

I tried and tried and tried to convince her to change her diet too, cause there is proof that some diets increase your chances of surviving cancer...but she refused to even stop smoking, let alone change her diet... but she survived in-spite of herself,lol... unfortunately making it even harder now for me to convince her to start eating a little healthier... although last time she visited me she

Ditto on the car sized jug for me!!! I mean I wash thoroughly, but its been just with normal water, and from what ive read, soft fruits and veggies with thin skins, tend to have pesticides not just on but inside of them, so does this method help with that too?

My mom was given 3 months to live cause her breast cancer was supposedly an extremely aggressive variety, and it metastasized, she underwent a series of radiation and chemo treatments, and survived, and is as healthy as she ever was be4 the cancer, which still isnt saying much, cause she ate SAD be4, during, and still does now, after the cancer... Mal-nutrition can cause hair loss, and from what I've researched it seems its not uncommon for people on the raw, or even normal vegetarian or vegan diets to face that problem if they dont make sure they are getting all of their nutritional needs met, which can be done from what Ive seen on a raw diet, as long as one has enough variety available to them, and a few different supplements... a nut

I looooooove bananas in my green smoothies, it tastes better, its smoother... and also adding berries in helps allot too, I know ya dont want to add fruit...but I cant think of any other way to make a green smoothie all that palatable, unless you make just a sauce/ dip instead, and use it for dipping other veggies in... like some sorta raw spinach dip...

yeah, I use one of those old round ones for sharpening chef knives, it goes allot slower, but it works, takes me maybe 5 minutes to sharpen all the blades on mine, you have to be REALLY careful not to make it TO sharp if your going to blend anything hard like ice cause it will just dull faster, if its just for smoothies without ice in them, then sharpen to your hearts content, but be careful! I c

Ive been making smoothies in my osterizer for over 8 years Nubster, its not as good at making smoothies as the blender I got about 3 years ago that was some expensive kmart store brand I think, its called "back to basics" I think, but the osterizer still runs great, and I use it to pre-process ice be4 using it in a smoothie that has ice, just to save this new blender a little work... t
