Im an addictive eater, and i kicked it over a year ago, and im not 100% raw... I dont think being raw or having any other diet at all has anything to do with being an addictive eater or not, in fact there are quite a few cases of addictive eaters on the SAD diet, who overcame it, and aren't raw... its emotional in nature, and can be beaten, it DOES help to not have ANYTHING really really unhealt

I love those links!!! this stuff is supposed to work pretty good, as it doesnt even grow over 6 inches supposedly, I havnt used it, as ive never liked lawns, but it seems like it would be easier to deal with than grass that grows into a forest, lol. Ive also heard of people using some types of really hardy mosses in their lawns!!! Ive also heard of this grass, seen it in magazines, and

I didnt say everyone who lifted heavy weights did it cause of some mental defect Nubster, I know I was quite clear it was those who did so to excess, those giant dudes that look more like a mass of alien muscle than a human, not something even close to how you describe your hobby, im talking about the people who eat, breath, and LIVE heavy weights...its all they care about, all they do... like I

every DR in the world would disagree with you on it being scar tissue, when you workout to much, muscle RIPS instead of just growing, that area heals over, which does give you more muscle, but its primarily scar tissue, which is weaker than muscle built by less extreme methods, No personal trainer who doesnt have a medical degree is "qualified" to make statements based on the health as

that sounds like a good plan!!! just make sure people know that trips have to be planned out ahead of time, or people will take advantage "ohhhh can we go over here? I know it wasnt where we planned on going, but I really want to stop here...and there, oh and over there..." that happens allot sometimes if people dont realize that your doing this to try and save gas, reduce emissions, ev

@powerlifter: Boxers train for tone,Strength, and speed, bodybuilders train mostly for bulk, their muscle is made up mostly of scar tissue, and I know I risk offending you by saying this, but I honestly believe that Bodybuilders both male and female, have something seriously wrong going on... if its somebody that just wants to be ripped, thats one thing, but to go to the level that bodybuilders

if you want the cheapest dehydrator possible, google "Alton brown dehydrator" as imto tired to go into all the details here, the one piece of advice I have to give though, is make sure you use furnace filters that dont have fiberglass, and dont have that anti-bacterial treatments on them, as I dont think those are exactly safe for human consumption... other than that, it works great, be

when I was younger, I worked out as a form of self punishment almost, I'm OCD and I got on a serious kick with working out...I stopped cutting myself and started working out instead, at my peak, I did 1000 crunches, 500 situps, 500 reps at 150-300 pounds with my legs depending on how I was feeling, and 300 reps with my arms at 100 pounds, every other day, every day I would jog or run 10 miles,

wow, I get what your trying to say, but you literally know nothing about cars... Hyundai has won SOOOO many car shows in recent years, and have been given many awards lately for innovative design and performance, thats not for imitating, thats for innovation and performance, nissan has been getting their fair share of awards too, oh, and both have beat out BMW in a number of comparison tests wi

Update: solved my problem!!! I took two cheap gladware wannabe containers, cost me 50 cents each, and poked tons of little holes with a needle in the bottom of one, then put some pebbles I boiled into the bottom of the one without holes, and the second on top, put my rinsed quinoa in there with a little more water, which drained down into the pebbles, put the lid on and waited, rinsing a couple

awwww, wow your kid is a tough one! my lil niece who is 4 now, freaks out if she even gets a tiny scratch... I found the only way to stop her freaking out was to go "heyyy kai! wanna see something really funny?!" and she whines/screams "yeaah" then I lift her shirt up and do that thing where you blow on the kids belly so it tickles and makes funny sounds, and she starts laugh

from what Ive read, it seems the out dated technology, and lack of any real oversight seems to be the main issue, as with current technology they can actually set up oil rigs that don't even leak, and its done by other countries... safely, with literally zero pollution, personally though, I believe we should be investing more time and effort into making alternative energy a more viable option, t

both salmonella and e. coli can actually live and thrive in some types of veggies once they've been exposed to them, tomatoes are a great host for both, who knows, there could be a conspiracy, but many types of bacteria can live happily on and in plants...and it doesnt take much to to infect a whole fields worth of veggies, especially with the way they process sprouts for retail sale...
