Quotebrome Thanks for all your excellent posts over the years. Rye is my favorite grain for rejuvalic too. I find that grinding the sprouted rye releases much more of the nutrients in the seeds making for a very tasty lemony drink + only a few table spoons of grain is needed for quarts of rejuvalic. Rye is good for rejuvalic, but it can make the ferments rot easier also imo. Wheat and bar

Quotela_veronique Sproutman Thanks for the video! Also, could you say more about the sprouted green peas that are also in the vieo? They are snow peas. Quotela_veroniqueDo you painstakingly shell each one by hand? No shelling needed. Pea microgreens are the easiest and less labour intensive to grow. Quotela_veroniqueI wonder if they ever sell raw peas at any stores.

Yes,l do better on high protein too. I have more energy and better muscle mass and feel more in charge. If l do high carb l can lose muscle, my energy can flag,l feel less in charge and cravings can occur. Seaweeds and green sprout juices and high protein foods stabilize me and make me feel at my best. High carb foods and high fruit doesn't do the job as effectively,l always feel lacking. Eve

I Usually juice 8 - 10 oz each time and then will juice another batch of sprouts for a second juice, and then a third juice etc. Even so, the juice will still oxidize some, but l don't care because l know juicing has done me the world of good, so my juices are still healthy. Of course l can juice 1 oz, and drink and then juice another oz etc and avoid most oxidization, but that would be going

QuoteTai The chia should be soaked overnight to expand fully. If you can't wait for full expansion, then grinding is better than leaving whole. The sproutarian man grows chia grass and juices it. That is the ultimate expansion but a minimum 24 hour soak is better absorbed than a few hours. Sometimes I grind chia as a substitute for flax meal as a binder. Always best to sprout the chia if

I don't understand why these cruel people don't understand that this type of thing is not supposed to be done to any being. Where is their compassion? What type of monster are these people? Any decent person would know that this type of brutal torture should be avoided because no being should have to experience that type of pain. Surely if anyone chooses to eat meat they would rather kill in the

Quotejtprindl Interesting, I didn't know broccoli sprouts had high levels of A, C, and E. How much per 100g? I was talking more about dacon-radish. Far more vitamin C than oranges and almost anything on earth. Far more vitamin A than almost anything on earth (very few exceptions) Far more vitamin E than pretty much anything on earth. The problem is that they must be had in limite

QuoteTai TSM: When you go to a farm and pick chemical free fruit yourself, in particular stone fruits, you will find that the fruits start going moldy from the second day. Tai: Maybe it depends on the temperature. In 70-80 degree farenheit, I don't witness that. I think it depends on much more than that. Various growing conditions outside of temp such as soil conditions bring on mor

Quotejtprindl I wholeheartedly agree! How would you compare fermented grains, nuts and seeds for probiotics to this product? Good question. I was once reading a scientific study talking about how supplements can miss a large number of probiotic strains. And lets also ask, have all probiotic strains been discovered, and if not, then probiotics from wholefoods would certainly be bettre t

Quotejtprindl How do you get most of your probiotics and do you get a vast array of different probiotic strains? Some fermented foods contain lots of probiotics but are limited in strains. I try not to over complicate things too much when it comes to diet. Why? Because a diet should be simple and easy to follow. Especially these days l try not to get obsessive about too many details. QuoteRawPracticalist The problem for me is not even the organic non organic distinction. It is hard to find fruits that are naturally ripening especially in the winter. The other day I bought three very larges florida avocados that were hard and left them on the counter to ripen. When they did after a day or two the inside was dark. The banana is even worse. So I am trying to rethink, do

True chemical free fruits (stone fruit) When you go to a farm and pick chemical free fruit yourself, in particular stone fruits, you will find that the fruits start going moldy from the second day. If I buy a big box of stone fruits l will need to go through the box at least once per day to pick out all the moldy and rotting fruits. Shop sold certified organic fruits (stone fruit) - not

Dealing with oxalic acid in raw green juice We know from previous studies l have posted that the sulfated sugars in brown sea weeds can neutralize the negative effects of oxalic acid, but lets not forget that the various bacterias from fermented food DO break down oxalic acid also. QuotePanchito Some people experience problems in a high carb diet but they don't know what is going on. Usually it is from an electrolyte imbalance (Na, P). These are needed and used in many functions. For example, high carb diets use more phosphorus than normal. Symptoms are: polyuria (frequent urination) constipation (from soft muscle weakness - low electrolytes in enteric nervous system)

The ideal way is to sprout your food and eat some ferments, because those foods are highest in vitamins. I have proven this many times before. Namely, having sprouted green drinks and fermented sunflower seeds as a foundation.

It can take some hard work and healing in order to get the body up to standard to be able to digest raw foods, so her response is not such a surprising one. Having bloating and not getting enough nutrients through poor digestion wouldn't make one feel good, but her claims of never feeling healthier are likely not reflections of the reality of her true health conditions.
