There is tons on info on the net
I do two a day, one after the other. Boil some distilled water then add coffee, simmer for 20mins. Add cold water to bring to body temp then add to enema bag. Hold for twenty minutes then release.
Wait 20 minutes then do another one

I have done probably close to 60-70 coffee enemas and have had and am still getting amazing results. After years of trying detox and cleansing supplements and treatments nothing has came close to the simplicity and effectivness as the coffee enema.
You can get special coffee for doing enemas its much better

I have been doing just fruit over the past week and feel alot better. Most days will just do banana,coconut water and tocotrienals smoothies...working a treat.
I was doing a little bit of oil and salt with my salad but not much. At the beginning i felt amazing on high green but after 6 months i started to feel very passive and dull.

Hi Gang
I have been on a high green diet for a few years now and am still getting negative reactions....confused? I started eating rawfood due to candida symptoms i had in the past, most of my symptoms disapeared but over the last 8 months i have started to get painfull stomach problems.
Reactions include
Bloating
Stomach gurgling
Flu symptoms
These would occur after every meal...

I did a bad thing and looked up the botfly on youtube, not a good idea,
don't do it if you are sqeamish or going to costa for the first time,LOL!

It looks like i will be staying at eric's place for a few weeks and will maybe travel about costa before i go back to Scotland. If anybody want's to meet up we can exchange phone numbers so we can arrange a meetup.

15. coming to costa!
Hi everyone!
I have chickened out on the scottish winter and am planning on going to costa rica about the 13th december for a few weeks. Will anybody else be there at that time as i have never been before and some advice on Raw living when i get there would be cool.

I have been making chocolate bars with raw cocoa, coconut butter,mesquite meal,lacuma,maca and agave nectar and selling it to customers at my local corner shop. thanks for all the response.
For me going RAW is a must and not an option. I think i need to adjust mentally to this new way of living as physically it is easier to become raw than mentally. The only way i can enjoy life is to go 100% raw, i don't want to live like a zombie and there is know other option.
I don't know why other people go raw? health,mind,fad etc... but i feel so pressured!

Hi! I was querying about the buddhist diet and there beliefs towards a raw diet as well. I recently did a 8 day silent retreat at a buddhist temple and found juicing and eating raw very beneficial with regards to my mindful practice.
