To ease your mind I would research all the amino acids that are in fruits and vegetable and then you'll realize there is protein in vegetarian foods. I even learned this when I took a biology class although it was just a paragraph in the book that no one paid attention to. But if you do the research there are many vegetarian ways to get all your protein needs met. Cecilia

FYI all unhulled seasame seeds are heated, so I'm not sure there is a really raw tahini. I would just order it online, there are a few good brands. Living Tree Community and Good luck, Cecilia

I have found that the rules can be bent a little when it comes to fruits and especially smoothies. Also, if you have strong digestion you may not notice any ill effects. I can't do the dried fruit nut thing though, just doesn't work for me. Cecilia

If I were you, I would eat a lot of garlic. I don't eat a lot of it normally but I have found that it realy helps with chest congestion. Best Wishes, Cecilia

Hey there, You can soak and sprout buckwheat for a couple of days until it has a little little sprout, not too long or it gets bitter and then you can eat it raw or dehydrate it. Best Wishes, Cecilia

I disagree completely about Aubrey. Have you read the ingredients? They are sooo much better than most of the stuff that is out there. It's all relative but it is so much better that Lo'real. I feel uncomfortable with saying a company is bad because they use a few questionable ingredients when they are so much better than what is out on the market.

Hi Love, Sounds like you're eating way too much nuts and fats if you're not feeling better yet. Try eating more simply and then see how you feel. If I were you I would try to see if I could go just a day drinking vegetable juices and I bet you'll notice an amazing improvement. Also, I personally love to drink two ounces of wheatgrass a day. I definately feel an improvement after drinking it.

Hi Rebecca, It's a lot of trial and error. My favorite soup recipe is for a Spanish Soup that they eat in Spain called Gazpacho: Traditional Spanish Gazpacho Ingredients Soup 10 medium ripe tomatoes ½ cucumber (about 3 inch piece) ½ red bell pepper 2 cloves garlic 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional) Suggested Garnishes Dulse flak

Hi There, I have the same problem with my stomach if I eat too many nuts. Cut down on them or make sure to soak and blend them. Also, do yourself a favor and learn about food combing. You can do a search on the internet for food combining chart. If this doesn't help, in your situation I would drink a litle slippery elm powder mixed with water before eating a heavy raw food meal. It really helps
