I mean, I agree the guy doesn't sound ideal, but I also think we should live in the present and not persecute him for his past. Let's see how he does

I hadn't heard of a melanger before. Why not use a Champion juicer with the blank attachment?

www.wrawp.com I tried the original and liked it with cucumber, romaine, lemon juice, and raw hummus. The wraps are plyable and hold well. I like that there isn't too many ingredients and 10 calories from fat per 55 calories.

I've noticed if I get the code wrong and submit "post message," when it pops back up to enter the code again, the code is the same, but the background colors behind it are different, which sometimes helps discern, say, an O from a C or whatever.

I can't say I come up short on iron, selenium, or zinc anyway, but buckwheat has never been palatable or digestible for me.

Maybe you can clarify in the title whether you mean individuals on a low-fat diet or individuals with low body fat?

arguments between high fat and high fruit eaters, endless, endless arguments instead of agreeing to disagree and eating your avocadoes, mangoes, or both :p

That's a great test for your raw food. I could just picture it now. You can do a video! I like to mellow out my beets with ginger, apples (something sweet). Thanks for the tips on the cranberries, I must juice some as they are healthy and cheaper now.

Just plug your food into fitday and try to get 15-20% calories from fat

those blenders full of fruits look amazing. Can you juice whole cranberries? I can't remember if there is a seed in the middle or not. I have been juice feasting on green and beet juices :-)

2 avocados a day or 2 handfuls of nuts doesn't seem too excessive to me. Do you exercise?

I don't think you'll find a universal answer for a raw foodist daily food, we are all fairly different (which is okkkkayy):-) try to eat more green leafy vegetables and sprouts. Make larger smoothies. I don't think high protein is healthy, maybe someone else has suggestions. Sounds like you're really thin?

I don't think the long term high fruit raw vegans I know of eat a lot of dates. Just a few times a year or once a month in a pie or something. They recommend and eat a high water content diet.

I think John Kohler has been a raw foodist for 18 years or so? Is that who you're talking about "John"? And he eats a ton of raw fruits and vegetables, some fermented foods, hardly any dehydrated/salted/agave-containing foods, green juices, and about 15-20% of calories from fat. As far as I remember. His channel is okraw.
