This wouldn't shock me, but more because legumes usually need to be cooked to be palatable, usually cooked with fat and salt, which I think are attributed to cellulite in my experience.

My advice is to eat the overt fat foods and get at least 10% of calories from fat (on average over a month) and don't go 90/5/5 or overt-fat-free. Doug Graham does NOT suggest removing nuts and seeds (or avocado or coconut) from the diet in the book. Also, eat plenty of greens. And tomatoes and cucumber 2,500 to 3,500 calories a day and see how you feel/your activity level.

I think the concept of looking "decades younger" is an interesting concept. It's based on a comparison to the average person with the average diet and average genes, I suppose? But what if THOSE people look "decades older" (than some comparison) and the raw foodists just look NORMAL. All based on your perception of "normal."

I'd probably get a complete blood panel first and if had problems maybe fork out the $600.

Okay, cool. I am going to ask for a script for a test at my next yearly. Do you know how much that costs? Is "spectracell test" commonly known, like would a testing lab know what it is? I'm curious about iodine as well. I dislike eating seaweed but greens powder with seaweed and other greens mixed in is okay. I'd also be curious about the results of someone who eats greens ver

I think both are fine, I've used irish moss before and it is a lot of work. Depends on the recipe. You usually can't substitute 1 for 1. If that makes sense.

I got a pretty cheap scale. Are you concerned about caloric intake or anything in particular? I wouldn't worry if your 1/2 cup is 4 almond pieces "off."

I would agree that people who eat too small amount of fruit wouldn't recognize the benefits of some of its nutrition. The solution - to eat more

let's be accurate here: fruit has omega 3s. I recommend fruit, greens (plentiful) and some nuts & seeds. Please don't eat JUST fruit.

Well, I'm part of the "fruit crowd" as you term it, but I have no desire to be around a bunch of fruitarians who are complete strangers, nor to be around a bunch of grumpy judgmental raw vegans who follow a different path. I like happy people.
