I do the same or similar as Panchito. I might even average out to 20% cals from fat some weeks. What I like to do lately, that has been working awesome, is a high-fruit, no overt fat (which is NOT fat-free, mind you) diet Mon-Fri, which is mostly green smoothies, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, chopped fruit, salsas, and Sat-Sun eating more green juices and some nuts, seeds, avocadoes, coconut, et

I wouldn't worry about it. It might seem interesting if you're bored, but 10 years from now, you won't be glad you spent time watching youtube videos about raw-foodists drama. There are nice down to earth people on this forum and I'm sure you can meet some cooked food vegans near you who like to eat raw as well and can do get-togethers. Quality people are hard to find. maybe even harder on yo

I love how they say the Asian restaurants make their dishes especially "low salt" and "low fat" - they're not fooling me with their lies. Even so, even if it was low salt and fat, rice isn't exactly a great source of nutrition. Calories, yes, vitamins and minerals, no.

Mine varies, too. I'd say typically during the day eight to twelve 16-oz. smoothies with fruit & greens or juices with fruit & greens. Chopped fruit to snack on, if need be, or a handful of nuts. Nighttime, a salad (large, HUGE) of kale and other dark greens, avocado, tomatoes or collard greens wraps. I also snack on dried fruits (typically figs, apricots) Common juicing fruits &am

As for clothing, I haven't checked Vegan Essentials. I'm sure you can find something you are happy with on your own, Suez.

I dont check the PETA list. Vegan Essentials is reliable as is Pangea. Those are US based. They have plenty of personal care items and most from 100% vegan companies.

Hoko, some clothes and clothing items are made with silk, wool, leather, fleece. As for the OP's question, you can shop at all-vegan stores. For things like glue, it is hard to tell the source. There is supposedly no such thing as a vegan computer (yet), so do the best you can. Where there's a vegan option, buy it.
