It is real not as hard as you think to eat all fruit and if you add some some non sweet fruits like tomatoes cucumbers and chayotes they help along the way. For me I will also eat a lot of bananas and sweet fruits and am quite full for the day I would try to get a variety of fruits when possible the ones in season are the best. Juicy fruits and sweet fruits a lot of tomatoes and cucumbers and sometimes squach. Today I started to eat some tangerines but they were not so sweet so I switched to mangos and they were so good. The coco water never bothered me but eating a lot of coconuts young soft or hard old most of the time seemed hard to digest in the form of costipation. I have a coconut tree in back fo my house and drink the water in the summers but rarely eat them my sister and mom eat the hard ones and have no problem i just drink the water. Yes they X ray everything even the bananas I take on all my long overseas trips and never once the many trips I made did they take my bananas. Mangos have a good amount of copper and Vit C and I eat at least a half a ton of mangos every year for the last 35 years and the previos 17 years maybe a quarter of a ton. Everyday more on the 2 days off from work but at least an hour of some kind of movement 5 days a week I work. Mon,Wed,Fri at least 100 puch ups before I go for a 40 to 45 minute run. I was there a few times 12 years ago my first time was on a Mango hunt second time looking for Lucama. Being a vegan there is a breeze I had no problems just peel your fruits there is a great market in Cuzco not many Gringos go there they have fresh made juices all kinds of fruits and veggies avocados,olives nuts seeds and if your girlfreind likes cooked sweet potatoes there are all kinds.

There are many varieties in Asia also when they are green and even have the brown spots on them and some with no spots are ready to eat also. I will eat some in a few hours they are very tasty. If they open easy and are soft not rock hard they should be ripe. Cherimoya Love Peace and Happiness,
