I am about hour and half from Chaing Mai near Lamapang. Did you stay in a Temple around Lumphun ? A lot of people go there to study meditation. The Thai name for Cherimoya is Noina but the Noinas in Thailand are not the

I haven't had one in about 3 months but will eat about 1 or 2 a week if I can find them in the market but have not seen them where I am now. When in Florida I buy the Florida Avos in season they are not as good as the California ones but I always try to buy local or closer to home produce if I can. I ate 3 one time that was the most I ever ate at one time. I was very hungry that day.

Plaintains are great when ripe just cut the bad parts off eat as is or blend. I dont blend much fruit but plaintains can be really messy to eat. What Ela and Bryan said sounds like my experience with them over the years . In South Florida they seem to give them away at the markets when they are black cheaper and better when ripe . I usally wait to eat until true hunger calls but do agree with Avojamacada that when I am out on the road or away from food I will always bring a good amount with me in case hunger calls. And what Uma said is so true about true hunger. Cherimoya Love Peace and Happiness,

If anyone is interested in growing fruit trees it can take some time and a little effort from seed. The best one of all is papaya and the fastest for me was mutingia a red berry that looks like a blueberry but taste different and grows easy in South florida. I have grown mango trees from seed it took about 4 year before it gave me some good tasting mangos and the mangos were totally diffe

Never had orange juice and tahini but had lemon and tahini many times no side effects as far as I know from lemons or limes. I am not a great fan of tahini try buying the seeds and blend them together it is better fresh then for the glass jar. Cherimoya Love Peace and Happiness,

Na(raw)dia, I dont know about garlic but hot red peppers will cool you off not make you warm. For me the main remedy for trying to stay warm in the cold is to eat when I am hungry and get plenty of Sunshine like Dave said it does wonders. I do the Sun thing everyday as long as it shows up. Arugula, Listen to your body. If you are craving fruit eat some don't be scared to pump up on the fruit and if you are worried about the zinc you can get a lot of it in wax melon but if you like to eat napa cabbage it is not as good as wax melon. It is easy to eat a kilo and half of wax melon and it taste good better then napa cabbage. Where I live there is plenty of napa cabbage

If the fruit is sweet and taste good go for it that means you were hungry. I would easily eat 2 kilos of ripe navels with ease when hungry. I like Dave's idea about being on a nature walk that sounds like a great way to look at it. Cherimoya Love Peace and Happiness,
