I thought I ate a lot of food each day but to eat low fat low sugar and not be hungry you would have to eat a good 20 to 25 pounds of greens a day if that is what he says. But if you where to eat soaked grains and beans it could be done I tried it years ago it was a hassle draining all the jars. A lot easier and tastier to just eat FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT and enjoy. Look for fruits that are in Season as for dense fruits in the winter when it takes bananas a long time to ripen I will eat a lot of sweet papayas and oranges . Cherimoya Love Peace and Happiness,

Plenty of edible greens where I am and if push comes to shov there are plenty of coconuts and wild fruits all over the place not as sweet as store bought but if you ate enough you can get full. Cocoplums are everywhere in the summer and in spring palm fruits in the winter plenty the citrus. Just plant some fruit trees for the future and hope for the best. Cherimoya Love Peace and Happiness,
