Does anyone know of a source for sea spaghetti in the U.S.? I've found one website in Ireland that will ship internationally but I'd rather find a source in the U.S. Peace,

There is nothing wrong with eating dehydrated foods as long as they are dehydrated below 118 degrees. In fact, dehydrated foods are not bad for the teeth because some will give your teeth more work to chew them up which is actually very good for you and digestion. I have had a lot of fun with my dehydrator making raw breads, flax crackers, pizzas, puddings and anything else my creative mind will

Jesa, Be careful and make sure you make up your own mind. You don't need any of the appliances mentioned but they make life a whole lot easier. In fact, my two favorite appliances are my ktec blender and my excalibur dehydrator. If you're not familiar with dehydrators the excalibur is king and it is the one that will last you a lifetime. This is the same dehydrator that has been advocated by m

ned, there's nothing about the penis on the site I sent you to. If you clicked on the link it should have taken you to Dr. Wong's website about enzyme therapy. From there you could click on a link towards the bottom about enzymes and learn about systemic enzymes. Anyway, here's a link to another website of Dr. Wong. . Search around and read the articles. You will find no info about zymitol

Inner, The one thing that I've noticed about Bryan is that he is on a different journey than us. Instead of pointing that out he'd rather come here and try to tell us what raw foods "he" believes are not good for us regardless of all the research that says the opposite. Bruce Fife actually wrote a great book called The Coconut Oil Miracle that has so much information about pure cocon

Amanda, Did you just go from SAD to RAW? If so, don't get hard on yourself if you slip. It's a very difficult journey that many folks fail because it's so extreme. Don't misunderstand me. I'm not trying to throw out negative. I want you to succeed. However, when one of my friends ask me about my raw diet I steer them towards veganism so that they can get used to eating a plant based diet. This

Benefits of Saturated Fat The benefits of saturated fats The much-maligned saturated fats—which Americans are trying to avoid—are not the cause of our modern diseases. In fact, they play many important roles in the body chemistry: Saturated fatty acids constitute at least 50% of the cell membranes. They are what gives our cells necessary stiffness and integrity.

Vitalzym or Zymitrol will destroy that life killing scarring and fibrin that occurs as a result of scarring. Just do a search. Doctor Wong has a website where he explains what vitalzym is and how it works to restore your enzyme levels. Zymitrol was created by the same people as vitalzym but is a stronger formula. Peace,

I never do fruits at lunchtime as most of the fruit I eat is consumed by 11. This is the one thing that I took from Harry and Marily Diamond's old book Fit for Life. I'm not a natural hygienist but I've discovered, for me, that it only likes me to eat fruit primarily in the daytime especially if we are trying to create an alkaline balance. I love to do a wrap with romaine lettuce, tomatoes and

Happyway, I've heard that as well but I'm guessing he also didn't know what he was looking at either. Remember, doctors don't think mucoid plaque exists yet the can look at an x-ray or catscan and see clogging formations in the colon and think nothing of it. Mucoid plaque lines and expands the colon so I don't understand how Dr. Fuhrman could look at a sickly colon and not see mucoid plaque un

Hi Echo, Yes, I am doing a whole lot better but I don't believe Michael White is the end all to the be all. Yes, he has completely changed my outlook on breathing and how it affects our whole being. However, the video that I ordered has great information but is very boring to watch. This video was filmed with amateurish equipment and obviously had no director to encourage Mr. White to smile or

Hi Inner, So, do you believe that when you expel a few parasites you've expelled them all? Come on now, that sounds like a fantasy to me. All the herbs you've mentioned will help to expel parasites but you will need to take them for the rest of your life. They expel but don't rid. The same can be said of oil of oregano, which I take, but it has many other health benefits as well. I think we ca

Bryan, It is because of your all knowing attitude that I will never buy any of your books. There are many health benefits available to rawfoodists that can be gained from maca powder, coconut oil, raw apple cider vinegar, flax seed, hemp seed, fermented foods, etc. However, if you are a natural hygienist following a different path then it's ok to say that "those" products have no

Rawgosia, Here you go again citing rawschool Nora who has very little research to base her findings on. Exactly what proof does she have that taking away parasites food supply will kill them? Probably only what she feels. However, there are plenty of books written by raw fooders that will say the exact opposite. That as long as you are alive you will have parasites but it's a good idea to star

Echo, I'm very happy with my Urban Rebounder. I don't have a problem folding. It did give me a little trouble the first time but that's because the dang thing is so darn well made and I wasn't following the instructions for folding it back up. It's very sturdily made and I don't wish that I had gone with a needak. Personally, this is a very good rebounder that, in my opinion, is comparable to

Bryan, Contrary to what you're aware of if you still have mucoid plaque you still have parasites. Parasites are something we can never completely get rid of. The can be spread to us in a variety of ways which include food, touch, etc. I'm only on the colon cleanse, Dr Natura, for month 2. Dr. Natura recommends that you do the cleanse for three months the first time. Also, I believe that, regar

blindt, Now is the time to start cleansing with a good product like Dr. Natura and then gradually introducing enema's and colonics into your lifestyle. See, it sounds like you're a bit plugged up. This is normal if you've been following the SAD lifestyle for 20 years or more. Some of my favorite websites are: Peace,

It's barely adequate. Why waste your money on a l'equip when you can get the best. Excalibur dehydrator was practilly designed for the raw lifestyle and is advocated by everyone from Dr. Gabriel Cousens to Ann Wigmore and Victora Kulvinskas. Yes, it is a fresh water blue green algae that Dr. Cousens, a knowlegeable raw foodist, highly recommends. I've been taking for the past year and enjoy it. It gets mixed in my smoothies, drank straight and taken whenever I want a lift. It's very good for you health and has all sorts of health benefits that I can't get into right now. Just check out Peace,
