Check it out. Would love to know if anyone else is doing urban rebounding besides me. Also, you guys, and gals, should really check out the other boards here. There are only a few of us the ever post on the "other" boards or even read them. Peace,

Rob, The whole deal is that the book that they labeled as their own was not written by them. They just claimed it as such. So, they appeared as hippocrates when they changed their song because they didn't really believe what they had written since they never wrote it. Get it? They just applied their names and new book title.

lol. They're major hipocrates. Personally, I've been taking e3live for a few years now and will take it until I die. All they do is pump their drugs into the marketplace all in the name of good health. Ha! Peace,

Hey Guy, Thanks a bunch. Couldn't read the first one since I'm not a fruitarian and/or registered with that site. The other two spoke volumes to me. More people need to come on to this board a read this stuff. Peace,

I'm a big advocate of whole house reverse osmosis machines. Many of them will not only treat your water by reverse osmosis but also filter it and kill more bacteria through ultraviolet lighting. This is the better type of device to own. Setting it up can be a bit tricky. Also, make sure you get one that offers you different size gallon units. For example, you may want a 10 gallon, twenty gallon,

Thanks for posting that eye opening interview. Funny how much their tune has changed since giving it. Also, I love how they brag about how great "their" book is when it really wasn't theirs to begin with. Ha Ha. Now, how do you spell drug peddler? Well, in a nutshell, three letters: NFL. Peace,

I have looked at the ingredients for lush and now can confirm I wouldn't touch their products with a ten foot pole. One of the nastiest ingredients that many companies use in skin care is sodium lauryl sulphate. Lush is no exception. This is a nasty ingredient that has all sorts of side effects including damaging eyesight. Here's a little bit of info on sls. Studies on SLS have shown th

Hey Friend, Many of us, here in the states, use Miessence. I know that this line is probably easy for you to acquire if you're in New Zealand since Narelle, and her company, Miessence, are in Australia. Check them out. She doesn't use any nasty ingredients and these products are made with love. Narelle started mixing ingredients when she was but a youth. Now, she has the first, and the best, i

Coconut, Don't be mislead. All of those guys that founded NFL, and plagiarized their first book, Nature's First Law, are all fakes. They don't practice what they preach and don't follow the diets they prescribe. It's all a marketing ploy to put more $$$'s in their pockets. This is why S. Arlin is well over 300 lbs. If he was truly following a model of health he would look more like Mike Nash,

Piano Girl, Congrats. That's because celtic sea salt and himalayan sea salt are beneficial and detoxifying. Adding it to water just increases it's ability to scrub the cells and the intestinal wall and cleanse you out while nourishing you too! Keep us updated on your progress and experience with water and salt. Peace,

One more thing. Each person is different in the amount of water that his/her body requires. I'm a very active person and drink about 100 oz. of water a day. I use up quite a bit of this on the rebounder, using kettlebells, clubbells and just walking around. This is the amount that I feel most comfortable drinking and my body likes it as well. Any less and my body lets me know it didn't get what i

Piano, The taste is strange at first but after a few days of drinking it that way you won't want to drink water any other way. Yes, you could add it to your food but it wouldn't have the same benefit. When you add salt to water it tells the body how to handle it because the body believes it's hemoglobin or close to it. This way, it can instruct the cells and organs exactly how to use the salt.
