Actually, when Stanley Burroughs shared the recipe for the Master Cleanse he knew specifically what he was doing. The purpose of using the Maple Syrup is not for energy, per se, but for the b vitamins and minerals contained. The Master Cleanse is a very good cleanse and I enjoy doing it a few times a year as it's very kind to the system. However, I've never had the success with The Master Cleanse

Someone contacted the FTC and the agreement that was made was that they have to mention A.T. Hovanessian in any future copies as a major source to the book. I made the entire recipe in my blender. That's why I made the comment about not juicing so much. Sorry about the misunderstanding. Also, when I mentioned cubes, I was referring to ice cubes. Just put everything into your blender and blend away. I also added about 1/4 inch of fresh ginger and it gives it a nice tingle.

When you compromise price over quality the end result is always disappointing. Yes, a blendtec or vitamix is costlier but your produce will thank you. That cheap blender practically burns your food to blend it. The ktec/blendtec does it quickly, easily and makes beautiful liquid salads, smoothies and anything else I want. I don't spend 50% more for another jar. The extra jar is about $50-

Are you culturing your kombucha properly? The entire process, regardless of pot size, takes approximately eight days. If you go to the happyherbalist.com they have all the supplies you need including a 5 gallon bucket, thermometer, heating pad, tea, sugar, ph strips, etc.

You want to add 1/4 tsp for every 32 oz. of water you drink. Do not add sugar to it or will completely ruin the power of the water and salt drink. Always use a high quality celtic sea salt or himalayan sea salt. Yes, you may drink anything you like after the water but wait about 1/2 from drinking water before consuming another liquid.

If you're speculating that Dr Natura is an expensive enema then you probably haven't checked it out. This is the first product that I've used that not only cleans out the parasites, which rinsing the colon won't do, but also gets out that long, rubbery, ropey stuff called muquoid placque. Ok Folks,
Since I'm not into juicing so much I played around with this and it's pretty good.
1/2 cup of water
1 organic carrot
1 organic apple of average size
1 organic orange of average size
1 TB of Hemp Seed
1 stalk of celery
Add a few cubes if you prefer. Blend until yummy.

Thors powder is a joke. Just look at the size of that guy. If he was following Matt Furey then he'd actually be a model example of a raw foodist with a body to prove it. Of course, he stuffs himself with fatty stuff, weights over 300 lbs and is not someone I'd ever want to take advice from.

Of course it's not. Vitamix is just coming out with a 3hp blender to compete with ktec/Blendtec. Ktec/Blendtec has been making and distributing 3hp blenders for atleast five years or more. They've already had a chance to iron out any bugs or problems that could arise with a new powerhouse blender whereas vitamix is just coming out with one.
Also, the blendtec has no knobs to get tomato sauce

Well, yes and no. Basically, I did some basic yoga stretching to get things moving. Basically, that's what the instructions are telling you to do without all the info. However, if you even do any basic stretching before a workout, which we all should, that this will do.

I'd really recommend you skip their sport bottle. It's plastic. They way to go is with a klean kanteen, which I swear by. Also, what kind of filtration system is the berkey? It doesn't look like a distiller so I can't tell. Another thing to look for is does it remove fluoride from the water? Many filtration systems remove most everything but. Reverse Osmosis will remove it. The water

Ahh, no tabs for me. Just great, powdered wheatgrass that's dried at low temps and is still considered raw. The brand I use is Pines Wheatgrass and that's exactly what it is, except they let it grow for a longer period so that the grass can reach it's peak nutritional value.

The results are more obvious if you're working out without weights because you're using muscle to build muscle and the resistance works quickly. It takes longer if you're using weights but, if you have to, go with kettlebells or clubbells because you will get the best workout you can get with those age old systems.

No sagging skin. Been vegan for twenty years so raw was a natural progression. I do, however, rebound five times a week and I know that this is supposed to work wonders on sagging skin. However, I can't speak from personal experience but I know it helps my over well being and flushes out the lymph system.

I have a ktec champ hp3. It's made by blendtec that just renamed it the blendtec total blender. This line of products is the only line that has 3hp blenders and man does this thing roar. I believe that blendtec is introducing a new blender to their line and that's probably what you read about. Go to to look at their complete line of blenders.
