Ladies and Gents, I can't say loudly enough that drinking water alone is not enough. Over time our bodies, having neglected water, have forgotten how to use it properly. Dr. Batmanghelidj, M.D., who was leaps and bounds ahead of modern medicine figured out the water cure that is suitable for everyone. If you haven't read his book, Your Bodies Many Cries For Water, then buy it. If you have been

Oneris, Water doesn't mess with the digestive process. Problem is, most people don't get enough of it and then it fights during eating to squeeze every drop of water out of it. Your body does this regularly anyway trying to find the proper amount of water the body requires. This is where the confusion about water interfering with digestion came to be. Peace,

ryan, msg is never added to nama shoyu. It's the fermentation over several years that gives it it's zap. It's the same thing with miso, wine and anything else that is fermented. Again, if someone experiences issues with nama shoyu they should skip it but, based on all of my research, the root of the problem is dehydration, which is why the body freaks out over the salt. Peace,

Also, Blatant Raw Foodist Propaganda, any book by Shazzie, except the one written by her and David Wolfe, Eating without Heating by Sergei and Valya Boutenko, Raw Eating by A.T Hovanessian, Rawesome, Raw Food/Real World, Hooked on Raw, The Raw Food Gourmet, Raw Family by Victoria Boutenko, Raw Spirit by Matt Monarch,

Yes, I've heard nice things about the L-Equip but one thing that you 2hp'ers don't realize is that what takes a 3hp ktec or vitamix seconds to do will take longer on a 2 hp caused the destruction of more enzymes and even the potential for cooking your foods by accident. Where a ktec will turn kale into mush in second the l-quip will be straining because the motor is not as powerful. This results

Mike, The ktec champ hp3 has an 8 year warranty, while the model it was replaced with, the total blender, has a three year warranty. Either way, I'll always have a blendtec blender in my home. I've tried the rest and, in my opinion, it's the best. Just my opinion of course though. Peace,

frog queen, the only dehydrator you'll ever need is an excalibur dehydrator. Buy it direct from their site and they offer lay-a-way and a ten year warranty. I have the 9 tray one with the 24 hour time, which they created specifically for raw foodists. It also has a thermostat as well. Cheers,

Yes, Yes, Yes. This is why I purchase my ktec champ blender. Not only is it fast and easy, cleanup is a snap, but it blends foods so fast they don't have a chance to get hot. Of course, I sometimes add a few cubes if I'm blending more than four things, but I'm so glad I own this powerhouse. It begs to be used everyday. Peace,

haven't tried juicing beets and ginger but I don't see why not. It should work just fine. Another model to consider, that I've heard good things about is the Healthy Juicer. This model seems to create a dryer pulp than the zstar so you may want to check out the reviews.

Ok Folks, Stop sitting on the fence. Here's the info you need to get you up and motivate you to purchase a quality rebounder. One of rebounding's special benefits is its ability to improve flow in the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the metabolic garbage can of the body. It rids the body of toxins, fatigue substances, dead cells, cancer cells, nitrogenous wastes, trapped protein,

I'd love to know who that pathetic person is who gave the zstar a bad review. Personally, I enjoy my zstar juicer and have juiced all sorts of veggies and fruit. I'd love to know what someone did to cause it to break. It's a solid piece of equipment. My biggest problem with the zstar is that I find the pulp to be wetter than it should. This forces me into a situation where I must put the pulp int

Rob, You can make raw tofu, if inclined. I've seen recipes all over the web to do this. So, not all tofu is cooked, just the stuff you buy in the stores. Also, ryanandvan, don't believe everything that D. Graham says. He's gonna be against everything that is not natural hygiene. I've never heard of nama shoyu having glutamate in it. Glutamate is an additive and not naturally occurring in n

I keep a stash of the responsive flakes on hand for travel as well. Deeds, Yes, how neat it would be if you started to dispel a lot of mucus from the lungs. Of course, this just proves what I've been saying, and a few other raw foodists, all along. Simply put, raw foodists can not get all of the water their bodies require from just eating fruits and vegetables. The ratio of water in the body to water in the foods that we eat simply don't match. We therefore le

Yes, sounds like a good idea. Let us know how you're doing. Also, you only want to add 1/4 tsp to every 32 ounces or so. If you're drinking 64 ounces that would equal 1/2 teaspoon total. Beyond that, sounds like you're drinking correctly. Some people fall into a "I gotta gulp" to get all this water in me. I simply walk out of my home in the morning with my 40 ounce klean kanteen and dri

Deeds, Exactly how much water are you drinking throughout the day? How much sea salt are you adding to the water? Are you making regular trips to the bathroom? Ideally, you want to drink half your weight in ounces. I weigh 160 and drink 80 ounces of water, or more, daily. However, I didn't start drinking 80 ounces right off. You have to condition your body to accept it. You've been dehydrating

Nina, I agree with you but you're not cooking your foods on the trays and therefore they don't heat up to a temperature hot enough to release chemicals into your food. If you have an excalibur dehydrator, it uses horizontal heating so heat is actually hitting your food left to right rather than from a bottom heating element. Since your food is dehydrated at a lower temperature and the food is

Since the urban rebounder is the only rebounding equipment that is allowed in most fitness clubs across the country then it kinda makes you wonder who posted the reviews. Danny, I totally agree with you and his energy is infectious. In fact, I bought them for my mum as well and we were both laughing at how that thin, blonde girl smiles through all the pain. She cracks me up. Everyone else is sweating up a storm and she has a permanent smile glued on her face. Too funny. JB Berns is the best though and I always feel great after a workout with one of his videos.

Hey Rob, The story goes that NFL published the book without letting anyone know that they had basically taken AT Hovanessian's book and replaced the cover, and rewritten a few paragraphs to make it their own. However, someone reported them to the library of congress and after that, because of an agreement they made, they have to mention the original author as the major source or who knows what
