Chazz, No, what you've been told is incorrect. Neither the vitamix or my favorite, the ktec hp3, are able to juice wheatgrass juice. They are both high-powered blenders and aren't capable of juicing anything.

Bryan, You've obviously never belonged to an email list that Douglas Graham was on or you'd realize why I said what I did. He's not a very nice man and that's the key. He has a huge ego and believes that his word is it. I have a big problem with this and have no respect for anyone that acts this way. When someone gives supposed advice they had better be able to back it up or atleast point out

Why are you quoting a quack Dr. Like Douglas Graham? I have serious issues with him and his credibility and take everything he says with a grain of salt. In fact, I have met people that were totally turned off by his attitude at conferences and spoke about how defensive he became when people questioned things about his books. Just based on this why would I, or anyone else want to trust his advise

greenie, Yes, you can for the first few times. However, I rinsed mine out with white acv and water and it was fine after doing this a few times. Remember, it's stainless steel. However, I'd rather taste metal for a day or so while I'm conditioning a water bottle than to drink water from a plastic bottle knowing that all the nasty chemicals are seeping from the plastic into my body.

Yes, and the coconut oil I use is centrifuged. Here's some info from the wildernessfamilynaturals.com process on centrifuged coconut oil. HOW OUR CENTRIFUGED COCONUT OIL IS MADE Our Centrifuged coconut oil is made from fresh coconuts opened less than 48 hours after they are picked from the trees. They first shell the coconuts and then chop the flesh, placing it in an expeller press. Th

Bryan, I can answer your question to me with two sentences. First, I don't use refined sugar, I use raw sugar. Second, that choices that work for me are based on sound research that I've done on my own. I don't come here and ask for your advice and/or your health knowledge, or lack thereof because I'm fully capable, as an earthling, of doing my own. Sorry, I guess that was three but I hope

Sounds good to me but where are you living that you can afford to spend so much money on young coconuts? They're about $3/coconut where I live.

Juve, Klean Kanteen supplies them with their water bottles. They don't make them. They just buy a large quantity and have them branded with their name on the bottles which KK will do. Peace,

I take zymitol. They are systemic enzymes. I also use e3live enzymes too. I'd love to know where Bryan gets all his info. I've never heard of anyone becoming addicted to digestive or systemic enzymes in my life. If that happens it's probably because your enzyme level is so depleted that your body must have them. Peace,

Guys and Gals, Do your own research and make up your own minds. Don't take someone else's word for it. Kombucha is a wonderful drink with a small percentage of alcohol created from the fermentation process. If you do a search on the internet you will get all sorts of numbers for alcohol percentages. 3.9, .5, 2.8 and on. Just pick a number and, if it looks good, drop it into your article after

Raw Milk is something that I would never drink for two reasons. One, it supports an industry that still contends that it's ok to do whatever you want to our non-human brethren, and two that when we are through with them they are simply as useful as a broken down lawnmower and are killed, thrown on junk heaps, etc. Also, mankind in the only animal that drinks milk beyond weaning. Tell me there isn

Ned, I repeat. You are going to have to search for zymitol. It's not part of vitalzym. The two partners split. I believe zymitol is made by generation x. Just do a search. You're in cyber space friend. It's not that hard. I do understand that post. Scar tissue is dissolved by systemic enzymes. There's a great talk that Dr. Wong gives on systemic enzymes that used to be on his site. I don'

jono, Actually, does have a shelf life of 12-24 months. I pulled this from the website where I buy my organic shea Raw, unrefined shea butter has an average shelf life of 12 to 24 months without the addition of preservatives. To maximize the shelf life, it is important to store it under the proper conditions as outlined below. 1. Keep the unrefined shea butter in a cool area, below 50

OMG, Mountain herbs is doing the same thing that hundreds of other websites are doing. They're depending on people's ignorance about how reasonably you can buy shea butter by selling theirs for a huge profit. I gotta tell you that I just bought 5lbs of organic shea butter for $30 + shipping. I can buy chemical free non organic and get two lbs for $12. That's a huge profit for mountain herbs. I

I'm a breville, omega and greenstar fan. Depending on your needs the Breville Juicer Plus may be what you need. Bed, Bath and Beyond has it for about $149 but if you use a 20% off coupon it comes out to aroud $119. This is a great first juicer to own and you will use it for years to come regardless of when you decide to upgrade. Juicing has never been so much fun with cleanup being a snap. Pea

Jen, You're in the 21st century. Do you thing that only ladies take care of their skin and can answer your question? Time to wake up dear. I'm still working on my new raw skin care line and currently testing out my shampoos and conditioners with friends but, until then, my favorite under eye cream is whipped shea butter. I make it myself and incorporated hemp oil, cucumber and a few essential
