Bryan is right, I held false beliefs. No plant contains cholesterol and we do not need a dietary source of cholesterol.

Bryan, >>Dietary saturated fats are a waste product as they are unusable by the body. That is an interesting statement! I'll remain open to that possibility, yet, have very hard time buying into that right now. >>What make a fat usable is its capacity to hold nutrients... Yet fat IS a vital nutrient, composing a huge percentage of your body. >>However, the body d

I LOVE raw breads etc... and feel like grains have been very important for me at this point. If you buy dehydrated fruit at the store chances are it was dehydrated above 120 even 140 degrees (may also contain sulfite additives) Here's some dehydrated recipes: Brown Caraway Bread Recipe by Elaina Love Makes 48 pieces 6 cups almond pulp (fluffy, not packed) This is leftover pulp from ma

thank David Mason as always. I would suggest that heating homemade soups up at low temps is perfectly ok, especially until your digestive system is ready/recovered enough to digest all raw plants, and real fiber. Also, dehydrated breads, there are many recipe's out there for raw bread, TASTES ALOT LIKE COOKED BREAD AND BETTER if you feel an unstopable addiction to cooked carbs (becomes esse

longtime raw accually I am informed on the matter. worms/parasites (not pin worms thats another issue) live in your intestine, large and small. they live in the mucus membrane lining the intestines. You will not pass worms simply by eatind all raw, or via colonics. You MUST do a many many day parasite flush including fasting for a long time, and deploying the help of harsh intestinal-stimu

107. -detox-
I have definitely experienced "detox", it has come in waves seasonally and annually. Small 'healing crisis' especially during various herbal cleases, flushes, and fasting regimes. I have'nt, on the hand, ever really had a major healing crisis. I transitioned to raw slowly, stayed 100% for 2 years ('02 and '03) then became 75% raw/ 100% vegan where I am now, also eating 100% raw fruita

I think you're right about detox. Also your body could be allergic to some rawfoods without you even knowing it. This will all pass. And remember just a little oil goes a long way.

Yeah lilpaws, good raw oils can help. Especially if your new to eating healthy, the good displaces the bad. I also used coconut and almond oil topically. It helped! ...and acted as a mild sunscreen. BTW sun is really good at clearing up acne.

FO, I don't doubt your word. i know people who have been fruitarian for as long as you have. And they are just as built as you are! For example Storm from and Dr. Doug Graham, a proffessional athlete trainer who advocates a fruitarian diet. You know it works for you. All I'm saying is that some people need a higher protien or fat regime (maybe 50% of people), which is why many people fail

Marcos, I'm not sure exactly what you are talking about. I never said a parasite flush (with fasting, herbs, copper, or anything else) will rid parasites completely OR forever. It's simply wise to do a parasite flush IF YOU HAVE BEEN A PERSON ON A SAD DIET, or if you HAVE RECENTLY TRAVED TO THE TROPICS, or if you HAVE HAD A VERY WEAKENING ILLNESS AT SOME POINT IN YOUR LIFE. *Wild animals,
