The body has ways to excrete/remove toxins .. the body uses these channels.. via feces, via sweat, via aspiration (breath), and via urine.
I cant find any study that shows a clean diet makes urine a good idea to drink considering the toxins we are exposed to today on a daily basis that dont just come by our food , but by what we touch, breath , eat and drink and what we are exposed too without

the other thing about this plagerism thing that bugs me is that it wasnt just David Wolfe .. the book was co written by him , Rick Dini and Stephen Arlin .. yet all fingers seem to always point to Wolfe alone ...
Were all human we all make mistakes maybe this was these boys .. the family member of the original author settled this whole thing and the book now gives credit to the original author

fruitylou he did promote fruits and veggies before Ive been folloing him since 1998 .. Yes he has been promoting bottles of superfoods and lotions and potions and yes he is promoting a peice of equipment
but in the meantime there has always been fruits and veggies along the way
