Olive Leaf Powder. I buy it from San Francisco Herb Company - by the pound - Ten dollars a pound (how cheap is that) if I recall correctly. Its's a bazzilionth of the price of capsules at your HFS. Every morning I put a teaspoonful in a little water and chug it. it keeps all those nasty systemic things under control. No cold sores or such. And I used to get them on my lips pretty constantly. I co

As DavidZ always starts: Opinion: What is the purpose of a relationship? Who is it meant to serve. If we think it is meant to give us something - we will forever be dissapointed at some point, because someone will always not fulfill something we think we want or need - and then we're unhappy, and then we try to change them, and then they're unhappy and yadayadayada. I'm sure you know the drill

This is just my perception. You're free to feel resonant with it or not. Perhaps an overview of what is happening on the planet now is that all cells, molecules, atoms etc are being invited, if they wish, to be lifted up in vibration level. That would mean, the invitation to become less dense, to vibrate at a higher level - to refine, be lifted up. This is certainly my experience. If this is t

I DO know that coconut oil is superb for the thyroid. Do a search on Ray Peat. It is also an anti-viral and very good for candida.

I cannot praise the value of coconut oil enough for the thyroid. I think it's been a big part of the healing. AT least 2 TBS per day over months.

I take Naturethroid. It's very cheap - about 7 dollars per month. I get it from my MD. Jackie, - that sounds SO unfun. I wish you all the very best in the continuing righting of the problem. With love, PG

About 7 years ago, I was having to take 2.5 grains of natural (Not synthetic!) thyroid. Yoiks. I went raw. The need went up and down for awhile. It has now stabalized at 1/2 grain which is next to nada. I feel that working with Rainbow Green (low sugar) has done the trick. When I was eating higher fruit it was all over the place. Anyway, I'm celebrating. This is very good news. I also think the c

I'm chuckling....someone posted about Tom Billings who embodies, to my view, the energy of "anti" - in this case, all raw. But "anti" energy is "anti" energy. And in this thread, to my view, like obedient little sheepies, we all took on TB's "antitude" and either turned it on each other or something else. It's funny to me. Predictable. We may as well have m

And some of them did maintain that inward freedom. Absolutely beautiful, passionate, dramatic, bigger than life people. In the end, Life cannot be defeated.

I don't remember the exact year this kicked in - late 80's. But before then, as I'm sure you know, the then Soviet Union was a completely totalitarian state. No free press - no free anything. If you spoke out against the communist regime...bye bye! After the Berlin wall tumbled, things began to free up. This process, particularly relative to the press and such was called Perestroika. Forgive m

Your post was so beautiful - filled with the joy of life rightly lived. Please don't apologize for the anecdote. Its beauty was food for us all! Re salt - I have been adding salt to my water for about a month now - thanks to Marcos' recommendations. It does not make me thirsty. Adding salt to my food does. It has cleared up a scaly skin problem that even all raw did not do for me. That was fas

I had the opportunity to sing in the former Soviet Union - just when Perestroika was happening. The minute I stepped off the plane and felt the place and the people, I understood so much of myself. I felt eharthome immediately! Are you Russian?

Thank you so much, first for doing the work, and second for being willing to share. You just saved me hours and hours. By the way, I don't think I've ever expressed my appreciation for you on this board. You are such a steady, balanced essence and influence here. I just love you! Glad you're alive and here. PG

I always drank a lot of water because "they" said to do so. If I'm honest, I would have to say that I felt kind of "bleached" in my body. hard to describe exactly - as if I were being diluted and kind of washed away. But I kep doing it because "they" said so. There were times I didn't do it for long periods at a time. But two weeks ago when I started, thank you Marco

Tu est en France? You asked about the differences between green and fruit: When I was eating fruit I was hungry ALL the time. I felt very spacey, particularly in the middle of the afternoon. Emotionally I was not as stable as I felt I should be. I felt a great deal of sadness. I cried a lot. When I switched to greens, oils, avocado's, cocnuts, nuts, vegetables, that all changed. I feel

Blood Type book here that says that O's should eat flesh etc. This is clinical research done on subjecting blood to a bit of lentil and then observing it under a microscope. You don't want to have blood clump because of a food.

lentils and sprouted lentils are lectins for all blood types which mean they may make your blood clump no matter what blood type you have.

and this is purely intuitive - try leaving out the nutritional yeast and the shitake's....they are highly mycotoxic and many people - self included - react to the yeast. As well, sun dried maters can very well make you gassy. They do me. Best, Piano Gal
