Changing from a high fruit diet to mostly greens, nuts and seeds and coconut has made all the difference in the world. A lot of water with Celtic Sea salt seems to be the second great miracle - dissolving patchy places on skin, making it softer, and body slimmer.

Is there any reason that the 1/2 tablespoon of Celtic salt cannot be used in food rather than the water. The taste is "gaggifying!" Thanks!

Am I correct in understanding that you put 1/4 teaspoon of the Celtic Salt in every 40 oz canteen?
Also, how much do you drink before each mean?
