I would say just to soak them. Some people have the terminology wrong anyhow. Some say sprouted when they are just soaked.

If you rinse it like Prana said it won't smell like it does now! in fact it won't really have much of a smell at all. Probably not a bad idea to do so anyhow just to clean it a bit, get all that fish @#$%& off there and what not, ahh just kidding lol.

I get the feeling he is very smart but this dosent mean he has good common sense. I know alot of people who are brilliant but they are not very smart, if you know what I mean lol. I like him, he has good energy as far as I can tell, good guy.

Wow an Ashton Kutcher hater! I don't think this kid is stupid at all, though I don't follow what he is doing or has done. Obviously not that much common sense if trying a diet like that?

I have never liked the idea of taking this stuff, just dosent seem righ to me. I don't know much about it this is just how I feel. I have heard that it can get stuck inside you! I have never heard Brian Clement talk about it. Drink lots of Distilled Water instead.

I think it has more to do with his views on cleansing and pulling toxins out of the body. Also just good hydration. And Brian does not really use the Braggs, it's just there for all the salt addicts.

Prana, I don't think this is such a bad question if it does'nt go on about how people eat there fish. Maybe you are thinking the same thing and just wanted to give a warning, that would be good. Mindy66 you should call Hippocrates Health Institute and see if you can get one of their back issues on the subject. It was in the last two or three months, and, get on their mailing list. They have

Not to be argumentitive but I drink what I feel I need and if I were leading the life that is normal for me I would be drinking more. I do have issues with dehydration now cause of my health challenges though and do eat some cooked food. I wonder why Brian drinks so much? I tend to agree with what he says for the most part, so I will have to ask him again if I see him this weekend why he drink

Hmm that's interesting as I drink maybe three quarters of a gallon a day but use NO salt at all. A gallon does seem excessive but I am not as active as I used to be and if I were I would probably drink a gallon. Is'nt the recommeded quantity to convert half your weight into ounces?

Brian leads by example and speaks highly of resistance training for optimum health as anyone with common sense would. At about 66 yrs. of age he is quite accomplished and has raised a family of three or four kids? I forget now. He IS The Hippocrates Health Institute as we know it today. I don't think this all happens without being active. When he was about 60 years of age he said he was at th

They should call it the "Yeast booster Fast!" laughs No seriously, I can't comment on this because I only did it a long time ago when I was not as in touch with the health of my body. It does appear to have some issues as far as yeast is concerened wich so many people have, especially women. It does give your body a rest from eating fat but there is no protien in it. Protein is bett

Brian Clement drinks one gallon of distilled water a day! it is the most purest water there is and is recommended for many health problems. It would be nice to drink some wicked spring water from some pristine source but there is no such thing anymore?

Also, if you are constipated on a raw food diet, please take a look at what you are doing and try to examine what is wrong. Because you should be @#$%& like crazy on this type of diet lol.

mindy66, most people don't understand that ACV and lemon are not good for digestine and make yeast flourish like crazy! And yeast is a major factor in comstipation, not to mention it seems quite positive to me that you are not digesting food well. You can take an enima when you have these issues or else you will absorb bad stuff that will make you worse while you are constipated. Make sure you

Thanks to all, I also remember Brian Clement saying to use root vegie greens! just incase anyone is intrested. The cool thing is that you can get them cheap sometimes at your farmers market when people don't want them. At the market here the owner pus them in a bin and trys to sell them throughout the day.

Anyone have good info on how to heal cartilage in the joints? I seem to remember Brian Clement telling me minerals are the most important thing. It seems to me that it there would be much more to it. I know about Glucosimine, Condroitin, MSM and I think I remember hearing about Silica? I have also read and been told by Dr. Clement that Glucosimine + Condroitin don't work for 25% of the people

Don't quote me on this but at HHI they found that 25% of the people there would not do well on fruit when having cancer? What's that tell ya? I believe it is because of fungal infections wich are super common. I will someday ask Brian Clement about this being a fungal issue but there might not be a specific answer for this. I have not had a cold in some fifteen years but if I remember right f

Intresting comment by Brian Clement, he says every seven years he feels like a new person wich is how long it supposedly takes to fully rebuild the body if in good condition. He also says that he still feels detoxing effects from having such a superior diet, emotional and physical. Don't quote me word for word it was a long time ago.

I would not do cortisone or DHEA and approach it from another angle. I believe most adrenal fatigue is caused by years of poor diet and lifes little stressors. And I also believe that emotional problems ARE! a big problem, it would be ridiculos to think otherwise. We all have them to some degree but combined with so many toxins and stress it's almost impossible to avoid adrenal issues. My con
