Good input Panchito, but, I will have to add that using probiotics ONLY once a day is not correct if one is in need of this type of therapy! Naturally we would get good bacteria into the mouth throughout the day but we do not. People with poor digestine and no foods containing good bacteria throughout the day will need it supplimented until better. For some one like this I would suggest three

Let me say this again, if you eat high quality organic food you don't need dressings. The problem is getting high quality food! I shop at WFM all the time but there produce is crap for the most part. Fruit is usually good and some other stuff sometimes but that is it. If you live in CA. then it might be better but many places in the US are not good. In 2005-06 we were getting good stuff here

You need to put sunflower sprouts to provide protein and fatty acids, this will help you not have as much hunger. You must have a organ issue, infection or some kind of damage from who knows what. You must figure this out with some kind of diagnosis. If you have already seen a doctor, see a holistic practitioner.

Well it dosent matter if he is your doctor or not? I answered the probiotic question? Why would you not go back and get the info. you paid for?! and if nothing else tell him what an idiot he is lol. This is not to say he dosent have some good advice but I just detest doctors. You need to know what kind of worms you have! This is also a good indication that you have other infections tha

Holy crap! juices are expensive if you want to save money just eat good organic foods. I thought you bought Chlorella? just pop some of those and you are good, better than a juice.

I am not into labeling but I am quite sure bacteria do not fall under the animal catagory lol. they are bacteria.

Well you shouldn't listen to your doctor first off lol. You need to know what kind of worm? I am guessing it's not a very serious one or else he would have been sending you to a specialist, this is good. Maybe pin worms? check my spelling on that. Probiotics do work but not for worms? If he said they don't work period then run for the hills because even the most ignorant doctors now know bet

Long time ago I used it and it never bothered me that I could tell but clearly it does bother a lot of others. As far as coconut oil goes, it has caprylic acid in it and this is harsh stuff. If you have a weak system this will really aggrivate you, especially if you have yeast/fungas and leaky gut.

I believe it is vegan, I don't care what anyone else thinks lol. Is it good for us? I have heard Brian Clement talk about it and you know what he says about sugar. I believe he said that a little but from time to time is fine. Is it good for the bee's? Well I think most people have heard about the crisis with the bee's? So man's intervention clearly has not been good for the bees in an indir

You can alkalize with greens nuts fruit grains, but like Prana said if there is an underlying issue then it might take time to repair the body. In the meantime one should just stick with whole foods as much as possible. Push out the acid and nourish the body at the same time. You can also use Apple Cider Vinegar but this is not good for some other issues. Boy it would be nice if we had a lot

Not all nuts are acid forming, and not all grains are acid forming. Soaked Almonds are very alkalizing as is quinoa, amaranth, teff, millet. Some other nuts are also alkalizing but I forget which ones now. Most fruit is alkalizing weather it is acidic or sweet, unfortunately most fruit is picked unripe and THIS causes it to be acid forming. I can't remember about carrots but I would put money

All three vegetables you mentioned are fine if your system tolerates them and you are resonably healthy. I think it's funny people are questioning eating such vegetables. Like Prana said, much better if they are tender AND organic would always better in every way. IMO you will be fine with sprouted mung and lentil. Adzuki if they are good. Pea are also good but it is hard to get these fresh

Panchito, I don't believe the website at all, and reguardless of his degree's I have seen what is going on there and it is legit! Yeah I read the site when it was posted before but I don't buy it. IMO it is put up by lower thinkers and you can't waste time with these people. I understand when someone doesn't get it but I won't waste my time with that. I appreciate your debate though and hope

Ok I just saw 64 views so that is pretty good for 24hrs. So lets hear some feedba

Go to therealtruthabouthealth.com and join the webinar. I will be joining tonight if I can so give me your feedback if you do. Last time I had some computer issues and could not figure out how to do it. I am at work so it is not always easy to do. I don't go to the website often so you will have to find it. It is tonight at 7:30 eastern and is audio only.

Slos, with these issues it would be good to have a lifestyle change. No beer would be #1 and try to keep learning how to get better. Coconut oil is good for this but it is not advised to take to much or to often by Brian Clement. I don't think yeast comes up your throat at night. It is a systemic infection in a lot of cases so it is just in your saliva and loves to live in your mouth where it
