Yes they will get a little bigger not much though. The nuts should be raw, pasturized is ok but not roasted. I don't use salt.

Slos, It could have been just the oil that was making you feel bad? It is hard to tell though without some more info. I though am a firm believer that a lot of people have weak immune systems and therefore have yeast overgrowth, it's just that simple. We feed ourselves yeast EVERY day AND we have a weak immune system? there you go. People like Brian Clement understand this and you will never

Soak, rinse then store in fridge in water or dry. They don't have to be real dry just drain them. You can put them on your salad in a tupperware bowel and take to work, simple. It really helps to have high quality nuts but do what you can that's just how it is. I have had the pleasure to eat some really good nuts over the years! but not so much these days. Some are still good though.

Why would you listen to me when you can listen to one of the most successful Doctors in the world, Brian Clement? Clearly there is not another Doctor in the world that I have heard of that has accomplished what he has. There is a reason they have built a small raw vegan city in WPB FL? because people come back. The only drawback is, that his view is extreme. and is hard for a lot of people but

I don't believe in dehydrating nuts but they should be soaked for the appropriate time. Soaking nuts is very easy. No, enzymes are not enough and are too expensive in my opinion. Soaking nuts takes less time than cooking meat! If you soak enough for the day then it is very time efficient!

You'll never be totally clean lol. All natural water sources are poluted, all food has pesticides etc. etc. Brian Clement suggests sauna's every day as he does himself. He also drinks lots of distilled water to keep "clean" as you say. You could and should get a distiller for your home or get a distilled water service. You can workout enough to get a good sweat going. Other than t

Yep, I'm with ya on that mindy66, this country is crap, government is crap, doctors are crap it's all going to hell. The government should support organic farming and be more concerned in the health of the nation. They are not they are just capitolistic pigs. Discuting money hungry scumbags. Sometimes I admire other countries that fight with their lives to change government. Our government i

michelemm, I feel that people that have hunger issues or just some general poor health and energy issues should not be eating fruit until you have confirmed you do not have a fungal infection! Get your energy from protein, fat and vege. based carbs. Exercise is good in moderation and to know your limit and to remember that you will need some quality fuel after so you don't sugar binge. You hav

Just be careful with the fermented stuff, I think that is where your issue is right now. Introduce things slowly, the raw organic will have some detox affect but nothing to bad. It's when you get into other things that you might have an issue. Clearly you have poisoned yourself with the sauerkraut. Lots of raw organic veggies are a great addition to any diet! I have never had an issue with m

Yes, I did work there for a short while only a month or so. They do grow there own wheatgrass and other sprouts. Do you relize what it takes to be a organic farmer? Why would they go out and try to do something they know nothing about. Brian and his wife have made this place what it is and they have a passion for this. I don't know why they would try and overextend themselves and go into the

I got some time to waste so I will say that it is not easy to prepare raw gourmet food for 70+ people at a time. Not to mention the cost, I wish I could remember what Brian told me about the cost of cucumbers? He said 2000.00 dollars for the month I think. The number was 2000 so it must have been a month. It's hard to come by good organic vegies in FL. and many other places I'm sure. I cant'

Wow,I would like to hear some more comments on this, mostly from people that actually have been there and have a brain. I saw nothing but success when I was there even with the non-believers! Yes some of the people there are not even believers, they are just out of options. HHI is just an education center they are not healers. It is called a "Life change programe" People are really

Of coarse raw will help prevent this issue, anything that stimulates and rebuids the immune system helps. Like powerlifer said get help! but get it from a good dentist, with knowlege of holistic pratices if you can afford. This product has get the seal of approval from HHI and should be at the top of your list of things to use. Until then you might gargle with a seasalt and water solution

Tap water! I hope you live in a pristine area with a well. Even then there are most likely toxins of some kind.

If you are concerned don't use hot water as it renders most cheaper filters useless. The heat expands the filter element. A high quality filter should work with hot water but not much flow to start with.

Thanks for the post Living food, all need to see this stuff! I have been lucky enough to swim in the HHI pools. The mineral pool and the naturally chlorinated pools. The mineral pool is like being in the ocean, well almost.

Yes it is amazing how in tune a person becomes when clean, especially when that includes mind, body, spirit. I can only imagine how a person like Brian Clement thinks and percieves the world and interactions he has with people? This guy is doing sauna's daily, drinking distilled water, taking all kinds of algae's every day, wow I wish I could afford all that and live that clean of a life. In m

We will always be toxic to some point and this is why some drink distilled water and eat organic vegies etc. To soak in highly toxic water is just too much for the body and I hope you guys and gals can find something better to do for exercise that is much healthier. Lead by example and they will follow, then we can all swim in healthier pools. Write a letter to the people who run the pool. Ge

I should volunteer that I have a Samson six n one, and at first I did not like it. But if you need to use wheatgrass it is the one to have. It is not effecient at stuff like cucumbers but does all else well enough for the money. Now you can get the Samson Advanced which is the same basic design with better plastic, bigger motor and better warranty for only 50 bucks more. This is a great juice

I am sure there is something to it. HHI is now trying to prove that cancer is not genetic at all from what I gather, don't quote me on that. Somw studies do point to this to be true.
