I've got a bunch of dulse flakes, laver, and sea lettuce from Main Coast Sea Vegetables.
Any good recipes?
I practice food combining, and don't use extracted oils.
Thanks!

122. cultured vegetables

I've had cultured daikon radish, cultured carrot/green cabbage mix, and cultured beets from the same company and only enjoyed the beets, but now that I've tried the red cabbage/beet mixture I am amazed! it tasted so good. I think that it was flavored with bay, caraway, garlic and sea salt. Pr

hey lilpaws, welcome!
I haven't had any experience with adding salt to my water, I hardly drink any water at all, at most a small glass a day. I know that doesn't sound good, but since about five days a week all I eat is mono-combined fruit, I am never thirsty, and feel pretty well hydrated.
I am currently a student, and totally feel your pain. My best advice would be to make pates out of he

For those of you who have transitioned from high fruit to high greens, what would you say your fruit to green ratio is currently? Also do you practice food combining? How much fat do you eat?
I've been raw (100 percent, except for the days I eat nutritional yeast) for over ten months, and I have been high-fruit the entire time, and have some issues with my health, such as sluggish digestion, blo

Before I was raw, steamed veggies were a big mainstay of my diet, and I really miss the texture. Since going raw, I have eaten broccoli that was frozen, (I bought it fresh and froze it, so it wan't blanched or anything) and the texture was nice with dressing.
However, since then I have read that freezing kills enzymes. So... does it?
