Hi! I am scared of kitchens and food preparation. with raw foods it is not nearly as intimidating. My first raw dish was made this evening!!!! I combined two recipes i used 3 cups sprouted chickpeas but the amount of cayanne was incredibly spicy and i have a high tolerance. so i added an additional cup (thank goodness i had it) and about 1/3 additional fresh squeezed lemon juice.

trive, when younger, i would become ill if forced to ride in a car with the air conditioning on and windows up. everyone would roll their eyes but i have been reading about the chemicals of a new cars and the chemicals in cars in general and i now understand there was nothing odd about my reactions to these things... air fresheners etc are unbearable, i feel you greatly

yes indeed trive, cooked food still smells nice to me but the odors of SAD people are very different of mostly raw vegans... and i prefer the latter utopian life - very good point. this nose has been unusually sharp since birth... on some occasions i can smell when a person or animal is sick... tis an odd gift shall we say... you are dead on, there are so many wonderful things we are born wit

Hi all, i have noticed my sense of smell has sharpened tremendously. When I am in the presence of others, for instance working with someone or sitting next to someone, i can tell if they eat a lot of wheat or meat, and their pheromones are intoxicating (sometimes good but too often not so great, however i made the decision in part because i am paranoid about halatosis having a major candida o

I can relate to you 100% I can go for weeks without it, not thinking about it or craving it, but when i am premenstrual or particually emotional and stressed, I have no concept of breaking off a piece and leaving the rest for later. I have suspected addiction. I've heard it reacts with the serotonin receptors in your brain... and have been trying to figure out why i might be so dependent

zella, that does sound quite good! Prana, thank you I was in need of this clarification! I've been reading about the amazing properties of chlorophyll in the human body; how molecularly it is almost identical to hemoglobin. I feel amazing when consume greens, especially when juicing them. Perhaps because my blood has been in need of cleansing, and i will crave them less and less when this proc

Hi all, I have just ordered a copy of Dr. Grahams book. I've been reading many posts on the 80/10/10 diet and I am curious why greens are not as important as fruit. My path the universe has laid before me has brought many people and books into my life, stressing the importance of greens, and now this path has brought to my attention, 80/10/10 and I am now a little confused. does anyone ca

many things have led me to believe i have parasites, including both intuition and observable symptoms. ive been doing a bit of research and now know that this is so very common in most people at some point in their life and just as common in developed countries as in third world. i have been wondering why i have such a voracious appetite that can never be satisfied. i constantly feel, eve
