Her story is so sad. I watched it too. Poor Farrah. But I thought the exact same thing. Here she is going back and forth between Germany and Los Angeles for alternate and invasive treaments and never once did they mention diet being an alternative treatment. I'm sure she just wasn't aware of how diet can effect cancer. I watched as her dad made her meals..meat was featured. Also she and her fri

i made a lemon pie today! this is the best! the meringue is made mostly of coconut and the lemon filling is over a cup of lemon juice, irish moss, a bit of agave, coconut oil, turmeric for color and some stevia. i was a bit worried how it would set up since it was a bit runny before i put it in the freezer. but just after 10 minutes it was already firming up! irish moss is magic! you can't taste

NO denying this is the grossest thing and not to defend eating this garbage in anyway AT ALL however, there are very powerful acids going to work when people consume these so they are able to break down. it's kind of comparing apples to oranges here in that just air and nothing else is exposed to this burger. our bodies have a bit more poweful things than air breaking this down. And let me say

I soak some groats over nite as well as some dates. Sometimes also some almonds. Then in the morning, rinse the oats and put into a food processor. Add the dates (with the water that they soaked in) Add the rinsed almonds and a bit of salt. Mix it all up until its smooth and creamy and there you have it. You may have to add more water or some almond mylk to make it the consistancy that you lik

Hiya Jak! I have the vitamix 5000. LOVE it! There are 4 in my family as well. I use it at least once a day...sometimes up to 3 or even 4 times a day. It can handle blending avocado pits nicely too (I've been doing that lately!) I make smoothies, soups and nut mylks mostly. Vitamix has excellent customer service. I've had to have a tamper replaced. They did it for free, no questions asked. The 7 y
